Mya is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. I chose drive through pickup, but it was wrapped around the building. Hoping to make it easier on staff, II decided to go in and get my order. I told her this and told me to go through the drive thru. I asked again and she told me my order wasn’t there. I said that’s not true, I haven’t picked it up. She said well it’s not here and shrugged. I showed her my phone, to which she sassily asked if it was a catering order… it was two meals & sauces… she told me she would find a manager but never left the spot she was in. An Uber driver came up and she was so utterly disrespectful and demeaning to him. She tossed the cup at him and was taking ti him like he was stupid. A petite younger girl came up to deliver an order and kindly asked if I needed help. I told her the situation, she said it’s right here & gave it to me. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing red heart earrings and had longer hair in a ponytail! multiple people in line were complaining about how rude and disrespectful Mya was. If you need a person that nasty, unprofessional, and rude, put her in the back. I got extra seasoned fries, got no seasoning. The slaw is dumped into the container not in a cup like normal. That was insane.

Saturday, March 16th, 2024 around 12:30 or so.. ordered a Chicken sandwich to go with soda. Requested soda from behind counter and not the community fountain. Boy oh Boy. Most restaurants just hand me soda and food. The cashier...it's the same drink as behind counter. I explained..I don't like soda from community fountain. She tells lady behind her..the lady gives me conversation about soda the same and yada..Yada. I won't go back to the near downtown Charlotte Ave., Nashville, Tn. location. WHY DID I NEED TO EXPLAIN MY PREFERENCE OF NOT USING COMMUNITY SODA FOUNTAIN TO YET A SECOND EMPLOYEE? GEEZE. Lazy? Or..just young and wanting to be confrontational to a customer. Simple request...not worth the sandwich to deal with questioning why..

Worst location I have ever been too... They refuse to season the fries, claiming customers request no seasoning, Well then you drop fresh first and don't season them......but instead employees have portioned sufflé cups ( food cost) of seasoning upon request, which is not the same as seasoning the fries while fresh and hot so the flavor bakes into them instead of just sitting on top which is gross... .... There are 2 reasons they are doing that... 1 LAZY, DONT WANT TO CLEAN THE SEASONING OFF OF THE FRY AREA, 2 TAKING HOME THE SEASONING CLAIMING ITS BEING USED BY CUSTOMERS.... NOTHING BUT THEIVES AND LAZY WORKERS AT THAT LOCATION.

Omg! OMGG!! There is this girl there who sounds just like Siri and a voice operator at the drive thru! I was so mad and having a terrible day at work. But when I ran into her, OH BOY SHE MADE MY DAY MUCH BETTER!! And she’s a nice person and has positive energy! I would come everyday just to see her and keep my day going! ZAXBYS PLEASE KEEP HER!!

I would like to commend Ms. Rachel at this location. She is a positive lady despite being a little overwhelmed she made you feel welcomed. She took the time to make you smile even when things were busy. GOOD JOB Ms. Rachel.

I visited this location’s drive thru with my 11-yr old today to get a bbq boneless wings meal. After I paid at the window with the cashier, she proceeded to go outside to give another waiting customer their food and (I assumed) come back to give me mine. However, after the cashier gave the person their food, she pulled out her vape and proceeded to smoke her vape for a whole minute, staring at us watching her. THEN, when she was finished with her 3-4 drags, she returned to her post to hand me my food. I was shocked and horrified to tell my child this is what the world of customer service had come to. I won’t be back but I hope you fix this issue. Oh, and our crinkle fries were cold and gross.

This was the worst food I ever had. I got the big Zack snack meal. The chicken tenders were stale. They tasted like they were reheated. The fries were OK but the Texas toast was burnt on one side and raw on the other. They also didn’t include the Zaxby’s sauce they put ranch in my bag. So I had dry stale, chicken tenders. no stars, two stars cause customer service was OK when I ordered.
