Honestly if I could give this zero stars I would. I used to love this location but I just had the absolute worst service I've ever received. I walk in and I'm not greeted by a single employee, and they are all on their phones. The environment is not welcoming at all they have no music playing which makes it feel super uncomfortable. They had dirty dishes everywhere, in the lobby and on tables. The tables were disgusting and I didn't even want to sit down. I work in food service and if my store looked like this I would be livid. I understand staffing is really hard right now but if I were the manager at that store I would be highly disappointed.

I would say poor customer service but I believe its pitiful management! After waiting more than 10 minutes to place an order at the counter, all of The people that were waiting in line were told they are not taking orders for in person. Only to go orders and only via online. This was said while people were already served and eating in the restaurant. I wish the owners much luck. They need it.

Granted I am not a regular customer and not familiar with the menu options, I was trying to pickup a Sunday family meal for my family with two kids in tow . The young man with curling hair in his face and earrings (sorry, he didn’t have on a name tag or any uniform) at the register was so impatient and rude. I literally feel like crying right now. He wasn’t helpful, got frustrated as if I was wasting his time and the manager behind him did nothing to correct his behavior. The food was fine. No major issues but again, appalled at the service. This guy seemed miserable to be there and he made me miserable to order.

I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes with someone from the kitchen looking at me. No one ever showed to take my order. On the way out I saw someone who worked there and asked him if they were open. He said yes and he'd take care of me, right before he walked over to spend time talking to another worker. I gave up and left having never ordered & they didn't seem to mind.

I always hate leaving reviews, but this I couldn’t help it. Especially when my 6 year old finally is over it too. Today was my THIRD visit to this location over the past 2 months. Each time has been terrible. First time, was soooooo slow and our order was completely messed up. Second time, we waited at the register for 20 minutes. Was never acknowledged, never asked to take my order, never even said “be there in a min”. The couple in front of me left as I was walking out and just said “good luck”. Now I know why. We just left, as well as the two people behind me. Tonight, I tried ONCE again. 7pm. Sign on the door they are closed at 6pm. Doors locked. Like what the heck?? There were two gentleman in there behind the register just on their phones. I tried to call, heard the phone ring on the inside but neither one of the guys answered. We used to be a regular customer to this location….but I am not sure what is going on, but at this rate it will be closed in no time.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up this location was closed. I haven't gotten a refund for my order yet! Don't eat here; they aren't reliable!

My wife and I were there on Friday 8/6 around 7:30PM and were the first to place our orders as our group of 14 people arrived over the next 15 minutes. It took almost an hour for entire party to get their food including me and three other members of our party who had to wait longer at a time when there was just one other patron in the restaurant. Meanwhile Uber Eats and Door Dash drivers were arriving and quickly leaving with their pick up orders. The guys behind the counter showed no customer service orientation and seemed more focused on hanging out than on doing work. The food here is great but this was the worst service we've experienced anywhere since moving to Nashville in 2012. The food at Zoes is great but you're better off driving to the one in Green Hills than being treated with complete indifference by the team at this location.

we went there for a to-go order. we placed the order and waited for 30 minutes. we could see the kitchen and one guy was on his phone where we could see him. they didn't even apologize for the wait. after we got our food luckily we checked it and we were missing stuff. then we had to wait even longer and no apology.

I was hoping to resolve this without doing an online review, but that won't be happening as they will not answer the phone. I've been calling now for three hours intermittently with no answer. My order was messed up, and this is not a convenient location for me to return to, as I stopped this location while out at an appointment. I would like a refund for the wrong order, Greek Salad with no grilled chicken w/onions. My check# 10040 was made today 8/4/2021 at 12:21pm. Perhaps you can refund my credit card. I hope to be pleasantly surprised by a response and refund and if I receive that I will update my review.

the last few visits, have been less than stellar. I waited an extra 20-30min for a timed online order one time and they were out of multiple menu items, drinks and basic utensils another. The last few years have always been pleasant, but something has changed the past year. Likely won't come back, but may try the Green Hills location.
