Pretty horrible customer service, slow, disengaged staff. This place will go out of business if things don't change.
Wish I could give this place a half star ⭐ probably the one the worst & more expensive lunches ever. We stopped and eat here cause it was close and that was terrible mistake. If you like cold mashed potatoes (they call this potato salad), unbelievably dry pasta salad or flavorless rice this might be your place. I truly wish we would have driven across the street to Gyro House. We spent almost $30 for two people and only one of us for a drink. The food was garbage.... Don't bother going here.
I love Zoës but this place is terrible. Cold food, took forever to even get the food. Makes no sense. I miss the one in Franklin :( Zoës sadly isn’t the same isn’t CAVA bought them out. I don’t think anything will change anytime soon except them shutting down.
Definition of mid. The grilled chicken pita was thrown together and the feta and sauce were all lumped in one place. I would not recommend the pasta. I would recommend to the owners to either change the filters or reassess the soda fountain machine because every drink we tried tasted funny.
This place is nasty food has gotten terrible. We were there on Sunday food was so bad it was mostly thrown away. Loads of fruit flies around drink station. Bathrooms were closed. They had to close early as they had no help. Those that were there but trying but not enough. We will never be back
Fresh food great counter assistance
Greek salad, pesto hummus and pasta salad are my favorites! Super friendly staff!
Carry out order...they gave me a falafel plate without any falafel in it...also it was missing the pita. I called about it and received no apology...only a rude man on the phone who insinuated that it was somehow my fault. He was arguing that the falafel plate is gluten-free so it doesn't come with pita. Even If that were true(which it isn't) --IS the Falafel Plate not supposed to come with Falafel? LOL Just admit your own mistake dude....When I went in person, I showed him the official Zoes kitchen website where it very clearly states "served with pita" in the description section for Falafel plate and still no apology for the inconvenience I had of driving back there after getting home with such a wrong order. The employee had to be around 40+ years old and had some facial hair...older than the other usual staff that work there and definitely old enough to know better. I was a regular customer until this but I think I'm done with Zoes Kitchen now. Hire better staff with manners and customer service skills.
This place could F up a hard boiled egg! Great food if you can get an accurate order!!!????? I would ditch the manager and rebuild! Get one order right???????!!!!!!
They seem to be getting sloppier and sloppier with the food preparation and their bathroom is one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever used. Like totally in line with a old truck stop
Restaurantji Recommends
If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed a +$100 order for delivery. This place could not have cared LESS about what we received. They gave us half of our food. They didn’t even get the orders right of what they did give us. The worst part is that they couldn’t even be bothered to answer their phone after the delivery. Don’t waste your time. Apparently we will go hungry tonight and get a refund tomorrow. Learn how to run a restaurant. Trash.
It’s better than a 3.6, but I certainly am with a few of these reviews. There just are better options in the area for Mediterranean food.
Not crowded, and only ok on food. My potato salad was a cold baked potato.
Yummy chicken orzo soup when I was feeling under the weather
