Pretty horrible customer service, slow, disengaged staff. This place will go out of business if things don't change.

Terrible customer service. The place was dirty and the employees were extremely RUDE and not trained. They overcharged me and than would not give me a credit back.

Wish I could give this place a half star ⭐ probably the one the worst & more expensive lunches ever. We stopped and eat here cause it was close and that was terrible mistake. If you like cold mashed potatoes (they call this potato salad), unbelievably dry pasta salad or flavorless rice this might be your place. I truly wish we would have driven across the street to Gyro House. We spent almost $30 for two people and only one of us for a drink. The food was garbage.... Don't bother going here.

I love Zoës but this place is terrible. Cold food, took forever to even get the food. Makes no sense. I miss the one in Franklin :( Zoës sadly isn’t the same isn’t CAVA bought them out. I don’t think anything will change anytime soon except them shutting down.

I used to love Zoe's Kitchen, but the last few times I've been so disappointed. Yesterday's lunch was probably the last time I'll eat at Zoe's. I had the Salmon Kabob, with a side of rice and hummus (up-charged), and a side salad. I also got the smallest container of chicken salad, which is very small. My charges tab was $37 and change. Everything served on paper plates with plastic silverware. I checked the menu board for prices and the cost didn't make sense and was told that the prices had been increased and are not reflected on the menu board. The bigger issue was that other than the hummus (which was delicious) and salad, the rest of the food was really bad. The kabob texture felt like it had been microwaved or stored in a steam bin - salmon rubbery and veg limp and watery, both very over cooked. They were not grilled as expected. The rice was gummy. All were bland. Staff did not seem happy. Overall poor experience.

Definition of mid. The grilled chicken pita was thrown together and the feta and sauce were all lumped in one place. I would not recommend the pasta. I would recommend to the owners to either change the filters or reassess the soda fountain machine because every drink we tried tasted funny.

This place is nasty food has gotten terrible. We were there on Sunday food was so bad it was mostly thrown away. Loads of fruit flies around drink station. Bathrooms were closed. They had to close early as they had no help. Those that were there but trying but not enough. We will never be back

I have been wanting to try Zoe's for awhile and finally decided to with a work colleague. I ordered the steak sandwich and was pretty disappointed. Not enough meat, the cheese was a weird texture and overall no flavors at all. Staff was okay and fiendly. The lemon cookie was good but needed more lemon. Do better.

Staff was very unmotivated to work, also they did not know how to use the rewards program. Everything was chaotic and off point... they need a competent manager here...

Greek salad, pesto hummus and pasta salad are my favorites! Super friendly staff!

This is the fast food version of Mediterranean food. Both the male and female employees at the register were very very rude. I don't need their help feeling bad about myself. Bad service, bad food. If you are In Nashville TN and want food like this that is not crappy you should go to Grecko Greek - it is amazing and it is about the same price. Zoe's Kitchen is a disappointment. I do NOT recommend.

Carry out order...they gave me a falafel plate without any falafel in it...also it was missing the pita. I called about it and received no apology...only a rude man on the phone who insinuated that it was somehow my fault. He was arguing that the falafel plate is gluten-free so it doesn't come with pita. Even If that were true(which it isn't) --IS the Falafel Plate not supposed to come with Falafel? LOL Just admit your own mistake dude....When I went in person, I showed him the official Zoes kitchen website where it very clearly states "served with pita" in the description section for Falafel plate and still no apology for the inconvenience I had of driving back there after getting home with such a wrong order. The employee had to be around 40+ years old and had some facial hair...older than the other usual staff that work there and definitely old enough to know better. I was a regular customer until this but I think I'm done with Zoes Kitchen now. Hire better staff with manners and customer service skills.

They have the best hummus, stop wasting your money on store-bought hummus thinking that you're saving some thing, once you try their basil pesto hummus or their spicy hummus you will never buy store-bought again. The rest of their menu is stellar. You can't be Zoe's
