I first tried Zulemas a few years ago and they were the best tacos in Nashville. Very fresh and tasty. They're still good but the last couple of times I've gone to get takeout the experience has made me not want to return. Both times there was awkward confusion about the menu, mostly because they have five different menus posted but none of them aligns with the others. Both times here were very loud (obviously not patron's) kids watching movies on a laptop at full volume. It's hard enough to understand everyone with a mask on top of the accents and language barrier, I could barely speak loud enough to order a taco. It's stressful enough as it is to go into restaurants during a pandemic, but I don't think I'll be going back at this point.

This place has incredible authentic Mexican food. They have birria tacos with consommé which I was surprised to see. I had the al pastor tacos and they were delicious. Excellent work!

Some of the best tacos in the city, in my humble opinion, on both quality and quantity. The mahi mahi is superb. The one I was most impressed with was the veggie taco. Most restaurants just throw some mediocre unseasoned beans and tomatoes or onions on veggie tacos. Not this place, the veggie taco was full of fresh grilled veggies. My least favorite was the shrimp, because the sauce was too spicy for me. I ordered to go and the packaging was very nice and portable. My only complaint is they close early at 5pm so I really can only enjoy it on the weekends.

Simple, no-frills taco place. I usually order the shrimp tacos and hot chicken tacos - they are delicious! Also a fan of the yucca fries. Try the green sauce - beware it does pack a punch with the heat, but I think it pairs nicely with many of their menu options.

It wasn’t the best and it’s very small inside the building and I have 3 kids :/ food wasn’t the best and didn’t have a lot of flavor. I’d prefer the taco stand over this spot!

This little gem has been open for a while but this was my first time going. I picked up two fish tacos and a shrimp taco for lunch with a side of plantains. Everything was delicious. The tacos were a good size. They had the perfect amount of heat. Everything tasted fresh. I'll definitely be back to try more.

I had heard such good things... so I decided to rev last week. I picked up food from here the other day - I called the order in and picked up to-go around 4:00. The Tacos weren't that great. The steak was dry, the chicken was dry and our shrimp had a funny color and didn't look fresh, so we didn't eat it . I was oh so disappointed. We love tacos and more importantly, we love to support local businesses... but these tacos were mediocre at best.
