Our first time eating here. It was about 8pm when we got there. Seated immediately, waitress was really friendly, my wife, stepdaughter, and myself all had pretty much tasteless, bland, food. I got ground beef enchiladas, my wife ordered chicken enchiladas, and stepdaughter ordered shrimp quesadilla. Shrimp had NO flavor, less than ive even experienced with shrimp cocktail. I couldnt even finish 1 or my 2 enchiladas. My wife mentioned multiple times she hopes none of us get sick. Her enchiladas were really bland, even with an overabundance of cheese sauce on both our enchiladas. Best thing we had was probably the black beans they brought us for an additive. Rice was clumped together, badly, in the shape of an ice cream scoop. On the positive, when i informed the manager she did credit our entire meal. So, kudos for that at least because i couldnt appropriately express how i wouldve felt for paying 59 and some change for 3 sub-par meals, before tip. Understandingly, everyone has good/bad days, on/off days, including myself.just FYI

We tried this place last night and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the quesadilla. I appreciate the fact that all the food is freshly made to order. The bartender, Marie, gave us great service and a great margarita or two!

I drove one hour west of my home to dine here for a second time. The food is delicious and authentic, and the ambience simple, spacious, and welcoming. I arrived late afternoon and had the opportunity to chat with my server who was also the owner’s daughter. This wonderful family moved from the Dominican Republic 16 years ago and brought with them some very original versions of Mexican cuisine. The chips and salsa are incredibly flavorful and delicious, and I enjoyed the generous fish tacos crafted with large chunks of fried Tilapia and made in traditional fashion. The black beans and rice are wonderful. I enjoy returning here because the staff isn’t rushed, and they take excellent care of their customers. This is a place where you can linger, relax, savor every bite, and let the frenzied world of Nashville pass you right on by!

This place was awful. The food tasted nasty. No seasoning, 30 mins later the after taste still lingers

The Frisco burger was amazing. Why there are empty seats here is beyond amazing. It was 1/2 of burger night tonight so I tried it. It also has a full Mexican cuisine I will go back and try, but a lot of what I ate appeared to be fresh and hand made. It took a second for food but gave you time to drink the Margherita. Truly a place being missed.
