Last time I ordered from this place was at least 3 years ago and wasn't happy then for pizza being not cooked and soggy, today I decided I wanted some pizza, something different so I gave this papa John's another try, pre placed the order in advance so they had 1.5 hours,get there and pick my order up,sat in parking lot to eat and it was cold and yes again it was not cooked fully and soggy, and these boneless wings 🤮🤢 like rubber,these ain't even wings,but a fake piece of chicken or something..a total $20 waste of money,

I give the 2 stars for the reason, that i am used to pizza from a pizza oven, ( brick or pizza stone , baking stone )which I have not found here in New Tazewell or Tazewell. It's the might best you'll get in this area. My opinion. I still take it home and put my oven. Crust it up.

The customer service at this particular store is great and the pizza is the best in town.
I heard about this and it finally happened to me. I give tips in cash, the old man with the white mustache looked surprised when I gave him the tip in person. When I opened the pizza box I realized why, the pizza was flip all about inside. It also makes sense why he banged on my door in a manner that felt passive aggressive. Just letting people know this location has workers who are like this.
