I heard about this and it finally happened to me. I give tips in cash, the old man with the white mustache looked surprised when I gave him the tip in person. When I opened the pizza box I realized why, the pizza was flip all about inside. It also makes sense why he banged on my door in a manner that felt passive aggressive. Just letting people know this location has workers who are like this.

This papa John's in New Tazewell TN is amazing! I had a slight issue a few days ago, and Mr Dave & Mr.Mike went way out of the way to make things right. You just don't get service like this anymore.
