When I go to Madisonville Tenn, this is my favorite place to stop whether it's food or just a drink it's always friendly and excellent service.

If I could give it zero Stars I would. Went through the drive-thru l, there was two people in front of me and hardly anyone in the parking lot. They took my money and told me to wait in the parking spot because they needed to put down fries. Okay, no big deal, however; I did not realize dropping fries takes almost 20 minutes. I went in to go get my money, that's when they finally handed me my food. I understand you run out of things but putting fries in a fryer does not take 20 minutes! None of the cars that were in the parking spots waiting got any of their food in the entire time that I was waiting (there was 3 of them).

3 times asked for spicy papa sauce. Had to pull over and wait for food and still didn't get sauce.
The cashier lady was rude. In fact everyone was igly and rude. The drive thru lady didn’t get a full order down. Service was terribly slow.

We had a delicious meal of fried fish, hush puppies, slaw & green beans witha sweet tea for good measure. Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly. I just got to full to try the root beer float, maybe next trip.
