came in on a Wednesday no biscuits, it’s 830 how do you run out of biscuits at 830? I went back on Friday through drive thru older lady working hands all over the rim of my coffee cup coughing touching where I drink no napkins asked for creamer no cream. Even though I work next door to Bogangles, I am done.

Me and my family spend our weekends here near Newport, Tennessee and every time we come here we will try to get chicken from Bojangles and every time they cannot provide an eight piece even if we place our order in advance, we could show up an hour later and they still Will not have the order ! I feel like ordering a family meal deal is very common at chicken places. I cannot seem to understand why this place cannot get it together.

Went at 2pm on Saturday , 6/28. The man at the window with the tattoos was polite and helpful. I ordered supremes and a watermelon tea. Food was hot and fresh and the tea was really good. It’s nice to have a good fast food experience in Newport. Thank you!

Beyoni was an absolute delight! She was doing everything she could for everyone there even when an old man was being a jackass as he watched her do several jobs all because he had to wait 5 minutes! She was fantastic and kept her posture and remained polite respectful and professional! Very pleased with our experience and we will be back! This little girl deserves a raise!

Kristin was amazing!! Asked her name she helped me order something delicious.Felecia took my order she was super sweet! and Helpful! the whole team was absolutely incredible i enjoyed all of my visit 💕 Felecia made my visit the best.
I went to Newport Bojangles. All they do is put the food in a box an container didn't want to serve us. We been standing there the whole time while they look at us. They ignored us and don't know how to do there job. They don't need to work there they can't see people. One walk away the other look come in. So we get no service with a long line while waiting so long for lazy people to do there job. We leave we went to Wendy's then we got everything we ask for plus free water.

Had place to myself but ordered to go. Employee took personal cell call after starting my order and asked a coworker to complete my order. Took a few extra minutes and my food was good. Tacky but perhaps it was an emergency call.

This place is bad for the brand. Tried to correct order in the drive-through window, and the shift manager couldn't care less. Unseasoned fries, unsweetened tea, and unfriendly attitude. I'm from south of Charlotte NC, and this place has ruined Bojangles for me. I used to love it.

They are always out of something, or something isn't working. Aside from your typical shift leaders or managers, the whole place is run by teenagers, which would be fine if they would stop flirting and take orders lol
