AI ordering didn't get my order right. I asked for diet Mountain Dew and it ordered diet Pepsi. Also, no straw. Didn't notice until I got home. If this happens again, I will not come back.

Came in for lunch with my kiddo and while we had to wait, the employees were super nice and even made sure to get us our fresh Bo-berry biscuits brought right to our table. The GM Zach was polite and clearly doing his job to the best of his abilities, even with what looked like a short staff for a lunch time rush. The inside of the store is a little worn, but everything was clean!

Waiting in the drive thru for twenty minutes December 11, 2025 Only customer and also lobby was closed. So was only waiting for a grilled chicken large fry and dirty rice....so so poor quality service. Had to call the store just too remind the worker we was waiting

came in on a Wednesday no biscuits, it’s 830 how do you run out of biscuits at 830? I went back on Friday through drive thru older lady working hands all over the rim of my coffee cup coughing touching where I drink no napkins asked for creamer no cream. Even though I work next door to Bogangles, I am done.

Me and my family spend our weekends here near Newport, Tennessee and every time we come here we will try to get chicken from Bojangles and every time they cannot provide an eight piece even if we place our order in advance, we could show up an hour later and they still Will not have the order ! I feel like ordering a family meal deal is very common at chicken places. I cannot seem to understand why this place cannot get it together.

Went at 2pm on Saturday , 6/28. The man at the window with the tattoos was polite and helpful. I ordered supremes and a watermelon tea. Food was hot and fresh and the tea was really good. It’s nice to have a good fast food experience in Newport. Thank you!

Beyoni was an absolute delight! She was doing everything she could for everyone there even when an old man was being a jackass as he watched her do several jobs all because he had to wait 5 minutes! She was fantastic and kept her posture and remained polite respectful and professional! Very pleased with our experience and we will be back! This little girl deserves a raise!
