Beyoni was an absolute delight! She was doing everything she could for everyone there even when an old man was being a jackass as he watched her do several jobs all because he had to wait 5 minutes! She was fantastic and kept her posture and remained polite respectful and professional! Very pleased with our experience and we will be back! This little girl deserves a raise!

I went to Newport Bojangles. All they do is put the food in a box an container didn't want to serve us. We been standing there the whole time while they look at us. They ignored us and don't know how to do there job. They don't need to work there they can't see people. One walk away the other look come in. So we get no service with a long line while waiting so long for lazy people to do there job. We leave we went to Wendy's then we got everything we ask for plus free water.

Had place to myself but ordered to go. Employee took personal cell call after starting my order and asked a coworker to complete my order. Took a few extra minutes and my food was good. Tacky but perhaps it was an emergency call.

This place is bad for the brand. Tried to correct order in the drive-through window, and the shift manager couldn't care less. Unseasoned fries, unsweetened tea, and unfriendly attitude. I'm from south of Charlotte NC, and this place has ruined Bojangles for me. I used to love it.

They are always out of something, or something isn't working. Aside from your typical shift leaders or managers, the whole place is run by teenagers, which would be fine if they would stop flirting and take orders lol

Parking: It is okay but if the drive through is backed up it's hard to find or get through to get a parking spot and park in the wrong place and can't get out.

I have eaten at this Bojangles several times. They are always short-handed as most service industry businesses are. Even so the crew is always very kind, courteous, and friendly. The dining room is clean except for a few tables with crumbs, but there were way more clean ones to sit at. The bathroom was very clean. It has been this way every time I have gone in there, they deserve five stars plus! Kudos to the manager that handled people fussing very well. They have one employee up front, how fast do you really expect them to be? She was new so AAA+ because the way she ran the register and got the food I thought she had been there for a while. Always a wonderful experience!!!
The biscuits are amazing. The Cajun chicken biscuit is very tasty. Everything else on the menu is just OK.

I’m currently in the line waiting for them to bring my food out. The girls working the drive through were horrid, short, and acted as if any question my husband had about the menu was such an inconvenience to them to be answered. When we asked for the receipt after paying at the window the girls were again rude with him, then told us that they need the receipt to make sure they don’t forget to bring out anything. If you don’t want to work in customer service just say that, don’t subject us paying customers to your raunchy attitude problems when all we are trying to do is get lunch. July 15 @ 3:30 pm. It’s 3:44 and we are still waiting for them to bring out our food. DENNIS came out and was the first person that was actually nice and just explained that they gave our food to the car in front of us.

Waited almost 7 minutes just for someone to take our order at the counter. Saw several people in the kitchen area and one at the drive through but no one up front. Once we got our food, all was good.
