This place is awesome, It's a little rundown mom'n'pop shop that delivers some of the best donuts and croissants anywhere this side of East Tennessee. The Boba is also super freaking good!, although- a little pricy, cheaper than a Starbucks, more expensive than a Monster, nonetheless delicious! Been coming here off and on for a couple years now, hours are as per usual tuned to the morning as it's a donut shop but they sometimes pop up in the evenings too. If you're in Newport and want a hidden gem, here is one of many.

OMG finally some great donuts, great variety, great taste and great value not far from Dandridge. Every one I tried was A+ and so fresh. People rave about a place in Morristown but this place blows it away and so much more reasonably priced. My new go to donut place, yum!

Y’all the blueberry cake donut was quite literally the very best thing I ever ate OMG!!! I wish I got 5 dozen of just those. YUM! Everything else was delightful too, but the blueberry cake donuts were something special!

Everything about this place is amazing! The owners are kind and so hard working. The donuts are delicious! You will never want another donut from dunkin ever again. The quality is top notch. The shop is clean and smells amazing as soon as you step foot into the door. Not only is the food yummy, and the service fast and friendly, it is also super affordable!
