Shittiest bunch of management I ordered food the left most of it out had to have receipt but treated me badly bc the manager in front said she put the chicken sand in the bag she did not I had receipt then was still treated badly when they had to replace it

My daughter and I just went through the drive through and got 2 orders of fries and an order of chicken fries. She doesn’t like the sauce so I asked for ketchup instead. When I got to the window I asked if she had put ketchup in my bag, and she said yes. There were only 2 packs inside, so I pulled around to ask for more. She then gave me 2 more packs. I politely asked for a few more, and she said she is not allowed to give out extra unless you pay extra. I know it’s just ketchup, but I didn’t think what I was asking was excessive. I should of at least got 2 packs for my fries and 2 packs for my chicken fries. Plus, she was a little rude about it.

The food was fine, arrived as expected after a short wait. Took a few minutes for a staff member to notice us at the counter but that happend. Staff shouting at each other because an employee doesn't want to help others. One staff member telling another she was going to "break" another staff members " butt". I'm all for work comradery, but keep that stuff back where customers can't hear you. I sure she was likely joking around but I don't know her so I could be wrong. The drink area was destroyed and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Ketchup everywhere from the dispenser and dried in a few places. This store has likely picked up in volume due to road closures on I 40, but come on.
Staffing was short at this particular time it seemed.

This location reopened 10.7, but the app isn't working here to redeem app offers when the GM isn't here to override for the correct location.🙌 Staff is gracious, just without authority. It's so nice to have an Impossible Burger that isn't at all burned. 🌿🐾💜🕊 This is the first time I've been charged at a BK for a water cup, although maybe it's a post Helene charge of some sort? Thank you, kind community. I hope that BK Corporate will help you soon to have the online map show "Open" and the app working here again. 🤗✨️

Stop here every morning for breakfast !! Probably the best Burger King in the state ladies are incredibly reliable and polite ! Food is always good as a truck driver it’s hard to get decent hot food but they do me right here

Went through drive-thru yesterday afternoon, both associates I encountered were very polite and friendly... that's and A+. Our whopper Jr's were very good, fresh and as ordered...the fries were also fresh and very good. The iced mocha coffee was just a wee bit too chocolaty but was still good. Good experience!!
