This is the third time I’ve had to wait 45 min for a pizza ! If this keeps happening I will not order from here again . It should not take this long for this to happen . I understand someone may be understaffed but SAY SOMETHING! Post it online . There is no reason it should be 45 minutes over on our order ! This is ridiculous!!!

First off I would like to start with I need to be refunded my money … pizza was so dry couldn’t eat it…. Bread twist was drowned in grease so bad that when my husband tilted the box a little grease poured all down his shirt.. salad was gross ? who knows how long it had been sitting… Newport sucks anyways and this was just the last straw for me … not throwing my money out for crap and that’s what it is!!!!

After months and several orders I am making this review. The food is either burnt , raw, no toppings, no cheese, drowned in sauce, old, etc! It's never 100%. If you call or go there to let them know there is a problem, expect to be greeted with rude remarks, & zero customer service! Newport really needed a Dominos but this is a huge letdown!!!

They give you one price on the phone then jack it up when you get to the store to pick up your order. Management is poorly trained and wont take any accountability, customer service was non-existent. Absolutely will never be giving any Dominoes business again.

Bring $20 bills or smaller . They will refuse to serve anyone with $50 bills or $100 bills . My order was $30 and they didn’t have change .
They advertise $6.99 LG 2 topping...it's not in my app anywhere..not just this store, happened in Greeneville 2 weeks ago..both stores took our word and honored the ad we heard...pizza was fantastic..I appreciate you for all you do..ready in 10 minutes, lots of toppings and cheese..
