Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a biscuits and gravy combo. Got home with it and the biscuit looked like a old cookie. Hard as a rock and cold as well as my potato rounds. Mind you I only live 4 minutes away so I didn't have a long drive. Do better Hardee's.

Every time I go to this Hardee's I have to pull up away from the drive-thru window and wait an extraordinary amount of time! The food is simply NOT WORTH the wait. I WILL NOT RETURN. AWFUL SERVICE. Worse than terrible food.

Very disappointed. Been a long time since we went to Hardee's. Hand cut French fries were old and very small. Must have been sitting out for awhile. There was no one in there but us two. Our burgers were dry. I really don't have anything good to say.

For the last. Two days I have caught this company overcharging me. Both days, I made them correct it. Today, the lady at the window actually tried to tell me it was the eight forty amount. I said no ma'am it's six dollars 39 cents before tax. I usually feed the hash rounds to my dogs. So no, I don't want my stuff uplarged without permission. This is stealing. I will not be returning. I have attached a receipt to where I made her correct it.It was not over 8 dollars and forty cents when it was rung up correctly. If I wanna large, I will ask for it, or I will say upsize it.If not, I don't want the calories.

I was driving through the city an haven’t had Hardee’s in a while so I stopped during lunch hour. I wasn’t expecting to have a quick stop but I waited almost 20 mins in the drive thru before the food came out! A let’s talk about the food!! I ordered the basic combo burger, when I bit into the burger the cheese wasn’t even melted a the sandwich was COLD! the only thing that was fresh an hot was the fries. This was a waste of 12$!!! I will never return to this location. The staff was nice at least.
Luv, luv, luv that Frisco Burger, so long as it isn't greasy. It was perfect! Unfortunately, long wait to get to the register even tho only two were ahead of me.
