We went to Hardee's to try the new drink, it was amazing. We had great customer service as well which is hard to find anymore in fast food places. I've been back 3 Days in a row for that drink. It's a must try!!
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a biscuits and gravy combo. Got home with it and the biscuit looked like a old cookie. Hard as a rock and cold as well as my potato rounds. Mind you I only live 4 minutes away so I didn't have a long drive. Do better Hardee's.

Every time I go to this Hardee's I have to pull up away from the drive-thru window and wait an extraordinary amount of time! The food is simply NOT WORTH the wait. I WILL NOT RETURN. AWFUL SERVICE. Worse than terrible food.

Very disappointed. Been a long time since we went to Hardee's. Hand cut French fries were old and very small. Must have been sitting out for awhile. There was no one in there but us two. Our burgers were dry. I really don't have anything good to say.
