Haven't been to KFC in many years cause where I used to live, they were all terrible. Thankfully that is not the case here. Devon was very friendly, the food was great and the restaurant was clean. What more can you ask for.

I love kfc when it's fresh and what I want. I usally only go once a year anymore. When I went this past time was out of everything I wanted. I had to get extra crispy and after peeling the chicken the underneath was like soggy like it wasn't done. The drinks was good biscuits was good. The main thing you go there for which is chicken just was not great. This place could be a star if a little effort was put in it.

Half of my food was good and too greasy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good.
The staff needs some training on how to keep their dining room and drink station clean. Cleaned my in the dining room needs to be more than just sweeping.

Disappointing is an understatement. Staff that work there are completely rude and unapologetic. Store manager is a joke can't even give you corporate number because he doesn't know it. I don't know a single restaurant manager that doesn't know their corporate number. I can't even give a review of the food I got because I was so upset I couldn't eat.

Inconvenience me a 15 minute drive from home after leaving something out of my order. Missed dinner with my husband and kids to go get left out items and now having to eat dinner by myself but I can't even eat I'm so upset. Staff was all laughing and thinking it was funny store manager was in store and still proceeded to tell me to call number on door I sure did never been so humiliated and inconvenience to that extent. So I found corporate number myself online and called to tell them that their store manager was rude and inappropriate and laughing inside the office with other employees and that someone there needs to let store manager know corporate phone number for customers because apparently he didn't even know it or lied and said he didn't. Moral of the story don't eat here with children the staff does Not CARE.

This was the worst 16 piece bucket I ever had.
We ordered a 16 piece half regular half extra crispy. Must have been at the end of the day.
Extra crispy was over cooked and dry the regular only one piece was cooked correctly the rest was over cooked. The corn definitely was bottom of the barrel the potatoes were pathetic.

We spent $48 and change on a $2 meal you should be ashamed of yourself. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

So went through today at 3:30 pm order 2 pot pies. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Told I would need to move so they could take care of other customers. No discount, and didn’t seem to care. I suppose the new Zaxbys next door will put them out of business

I placed an order over the app that was supposed to be ready at 6:55pm and I didn’t get my order until 7:25pm. At 6:55 the app told me my order was ready for pick up and when I arrived at 7:05 my order was not. One employee asked me what I was needing and I informed him I was there to pick up an order and he told me they were working on it. No one else came and talked to me about my order until one employee told me they were out of chicken and it would be five more minutes.
