Ordered a cheese Krystals and they were disgusting (halfway thrown together and mushy)

I wasted over 10 minutes in line, my total was $17.55, I have them a $100.55 and they said that they didn’t have enough change to give me my $83 back. There was several cars in front of me, if a restaurant cannot afford to give change for a $100 bill in this economy they need to file for bankruptcy immediately because they are definitely going out of business. It’s 2025, not 1925. Even in 1925 they probably could’ve cashed a $100 bill. I’ll never be back. They lost my business forever.

Sat in drive thru for what seemed like forever. Did not track the time but saw several car give up and leave.
I came through at 10:33 pm and ordered 5 Krystal’s with no onion and a chili cheese fry. Everything was ice cold with onions . The fries were still half frozen in the middle. Only thing that made them warm was the chili they put on top. I called immediately and the night shift manager was very rude and told me there was no way they had onions on them when I’m clearly looking at them🤣. I offered to send her the pictures of it and she gave me a number that didn’t accept it. She wouldn’t tell me her name either , I just wanted to know who to tell them I talked to about my issue.

Love asking for no pickle or mustard just to bite into the Krystal and there's extra pickle with mustard. Paid $10 for a meal that had to be thrown away since the order wasn't made correctly
