The guy cooking was very rude and was telling other people that it would be a 30 minute wait..let me break this down… I’ve worked fast food and I am a fast food manager now here in Newport.. your cook starts saying that it’s going to be that long of a wait is for 3 reasons. 1. He can’t handle his job. 2.he thinks he runs the show. 3.hes just lazy and hates his job. ..nothing in the store takes 30 minutes to cook. And just saying there was no orders in line when he was saying any orders are gonna wait 30 minutes.. What this does it ruins your company name .. meaning you loose business and loose money and your sales go down ..leading to a bad reputation and long term effects could be a shutdown of the store that cost people there jobs

Went in on the first day of flooding, they were closing because of the flood but before they did they made free food for all the 1st responders. I tried to pay but they insisted. FAST FOOD? WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS THEY WERE SO FAST. Thanks to my community!

Small, but diverse brunch menu. I had the salmon salad, a blueberry belini, and both were delicious! Service was great as well!

Told me it was corporate policy that they couldn’t put ranch on my junkyard fries… had a group with 3 separate orders and everyone’s food was messed up and had to pay extra to get all of the food we originally ordered in the first place. Worst Krystal’s I have ever been too and it’s not even close. It’s kind of laughable how bad this is.
This was my first time ever to a krystal burger ... they are so cute and yummy. I loved it..

Even after repeating our order back to us three times, the order wasn't close to being correct. Had to turn around and go back to get order corrected. Burgers didn't taste that good either. No more Krystal for us!
