Food was good and fresh and wait time was short. I'm just now getting to review my visit as it was about 6 weeks ago when my wife and I was headed to North Carolina. Raven I believe is the girls name messed up our drink order. We told her about this and she didn't seem to wanna fix it. Other than that the fella at the window was great. He did fix our drinks for us, I didn't get his name. Anytime we eat here it's pretty good over all.Kid-friendliness: It would be great if you offered a toy or book in your kids meals.

Fresh bread. Drink machine was working properly and had good sodas. Ice Cream was very good.No Baby changing table in the restrooms but the ladies restroom was clean.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and booster seats available

On the way home from Nashville, TN, back to SC and this is always a stop we have made since my daughter was a little girl and she is now w8 years of age. Just a tradition that she continues with still today. :) Clean bathrooms!!!
Extra long wait times in drive thru. But it's because they are short staffed and fix everything fresh and they always get your order correct. Order in get your food quick.

Came through an hour before closing headed back home after a long day of driving. Raven (I believe is what she said her name was) at the drive thru was the best worker I have ever came across at a fast food restaurant. Super nice and patient! Food was fresh and good that we waited a short time on!

You would think a drink order is something that they cannot screw up. They did ! Sat at the window waiting for the guy to take my money and hand me my drink for 5 minutes. When he walked off I had had enough so I parked and went in. Mistake number 2. Rude girl tells me , the paying customer " Next time since I only ordered a drink I should park and come in." Such fine customer service. This Krystal store never fails to disappoint.
