The employees are rude. You place your order and they tell you that they'll have to actually make the pizza. Like it is an extra chore for them and it's too much for them to do and they should be rewarded for it. Come on, you get paid to do it.
On top of that, the "manager" kept asking (over the customers) the people in the back what they wanted from McDonalds. I mean, really?
The only person that wasn't rude was the guy that brought the orders up front.
