We stopped for lunch. Had to wait in line 15 min to order. Then we paid and was asked to pull to parking. Then had to wait 15 more min. When they brought our food they brought the wrong food. The only plus was our food was hot. While we was waiting we listened our radio. When we started our car the battery was dead. I ask them for help. Not a offer. Not very happy with them.

We love LJS and make a point to eat it when in a town that has one. This visit to Newport we went at 930pm to fulfil our craving. The clerk said it would be 15-20 minutes for any food. I asked to clarify just fried food and he said all food. He asked if I was good to wait. No, I am not. We were the only customer car in the parking lot.
They have a drive thru, like that you can choose from A& W or Long John Silver. Root beer is always my beverage when going there

Remodeled a year or so ago. It looks like a brand new building inside and out. Food is always hot and fresh. I get the seashore chicken planks to go with a couple extra fish pieces. Good price, delicious 😋.
