So we arrived 20 minutes before they closed. It takes maybe 10 to cook a pizza. I had 3 boys that were starving. They said yes we can still make pizza. We went in. Waiting on them to come from outside to take our order. She comes in and as we get ready to order she says yall need to be quick our ovens are getting ready to shut down. So then why even let us get out of our car to come in for you to just be rude like she is every single night. Very horrible customer service here and we order at least 2 or 3 times a week. Might be time for a change.

Nasty disgusting I won't to 🤮 puke just thinking about it again food and the inside not clean smells like mold real bad could be the old carpet or anything and everything else included if I was starving and someone gave me money to go in there and get some pizza I would not worst pizza place I've ever walked in honest to God truth seriously just be cautious

Today was our third time eating at this Pizza Hut. It’s always been good, but today we had excellent service. The lady working the cash registered and also brought us our food was fantastic. And she was super kind and sweet. She deserves to be recognized for her kindness.

If you love pizza it's a place to go! They also have a salad bar! And I believe they have a buffet during the day! Give them a call they will give you all the information! Very helpful

I’m not sure who cooked our pizza today at 2:54 ticket number 0038, but this was one of the best pizzas and cheese sticks we have had!! Thank you for giving us our money worth with one of the freshest pizzas we have had! We appreciate your hard work!!

This place is a complete joke. The woman at the counter was rude from the moment we walked in and then had the nerve to practically demand a tip for carryout. Unreal. When we got home, we found long black hairs baked into the crusts of both pizzas. Unsurprisingly, the same woman demanding tips had long black hair. Totally disgusting and absolutely unacceptable.
Sure, the breadsticks and wings were fine but last I checked, it’s not called Breadstick Hut or Wing Hut. It’s Pizza Hut, and the pizza should at least be edible. This isn’t our first issue with this location either. We submitted a complaint before and never heard a word back, so I seriously doubt this one will be taken seriously either.
Newport Pizza Hut has officially ruined their last chance with us. Between the filthy food and the rude, entitled staff, we’re done and I suggest everyone else avoid this place too.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out Brittany. She was amazingly friendly, and so apologetic when my order was slightly delayed. I didn't dine in, and the food was typical Pizza Hut, but Brittany is absolutely top notch, 10/10.

To the lady who took my picture & posted it on here without my concent or knowledge you will be getting a call from my lawyer. You came in & the 1st thing that you said was are you going to put more pizzas out. Then got mad at our front counter person bc ur cards were declining. There were pizzas being cut as you were asking about fresh pizzas. You then got mad when we told you that our buffet was small so the pizzas we had just fixed had 2 be gone 1st & we would gladly put your meat lovers pizza there. You sent your daughter/granddaughter to ask me 4 times about this meat lovers pizza could get made. My oven takes 8 mins to cook & it takes me 3 to fully make a pizza. You are 1 of the rudest customers I've had in a long time. You can't come in tha door with a bad attitude, be disrespectful to the staff.

The pizza was good, the atmosphere was terrible. The tables were dirty and the dining room was dark. They didn't have any fountain drinks available, only the 20 bottles. They brought the pizza to us at the table in the take out box. Not a friendly dining area.
