Staff was not only friendly, but also kept up with our dining needs. They kept our drinks filled and checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. Salad bar is ALWAYS the best. Husband got Hickory Bourbon Chicken and it was cooked and flavoured to perfection. All around satisfying meal. Thank you Ruby Tuesdays of Newport!

I love Ruby Tuesday for its garden bar. I have to admit, we have been lately… and probably won’t be back at this location soon. Garden bar: out of croutons, potato salad and bacon bits frozen, mushrooms frozen solid and appeared to have dirt on them! My husband said the coleslaw tasted like chopped cabbage and nothing else. A disappointing trip.

This restaurant (Newport TN) unfortunately in need of building=facility repairs. Wall caved in inside men's room, problems with seat cushions in dining, lamp shades torn, etc. Wait for service and food long. Food not great. No longer offering spinach on salad bar. This has been the case in the last few Ruby Tueadays that I've visited. This location also out of standard items. Probably will finally give up on this chain.

Dawn did an excellent job for us as well as others. We give her 5 stars.
We did not complain but as far as our meals just so so, my guys steak was underdone at medium well and it was red, and stringy. The carpet is so dirty to have
score! We were visiting this
one because we like the one in Charleston sc.

1.) When entering the restaurant no one came over for 10 minutes despise multiple people coming and going. 2.) When seated down, it took yet again a prolong amount of time until someone came over. Granted once they did they themselves were pretty speedy 3.) When food was ordered and brought to the table some things were off. Chicken wings were a bit burnt but not horrible. Pork chop was in fact burnt closer to bone and inside was dry. So 2/3 of chop wasn’t burnt. Queso was the consistency of bean paste. Store bought? Chips burnt. Baked Potato lacked seasoning. No prep on the potatoes. Drinks were confusing, taste was a bit off maybe the machine was running low of syrup or ice machine not cleaned but taste was off, not unconsumable but confusing. We heard other tables talking about similar experiences. The best part of our experience was the Cookie Skillet dessert (they choose a nice store to buy it from) and our waitresses attitude, she was quick and attentive.

I waited for 10 minutes to be taken to a seat.
My waitress was extremely busy but she took great care of me. She was checking in but not hovering.
Salad was okay but the ranch dressing tasted different from the last time I was there. It tasted kind of bitter.
I ordered penne pasta with broccoli and chicken. Chicken was okay, a bit dry. Parmesan sauce was strong. Thankfully, I ordered it on the side . I ordered no broccoli and there was none.
Mr. Pibb, no ice, EXCELLENT!

Here's the truth, I have not been to a Ruby. Tuesdays in a long time. We walk in and the dining area to our left is covered with food all over the floor. I look to the right, food. The host said don't worry, I am not seating you there...come with me. We pass the salad bar and it is NOT CLEAN...and we are taken to the back area where there is a fry and a straw paper on the ground. Management...if your front area looks like this...WHAT DOES THAT KITCHEN LOOK LIKE? 🤢🤢🤢 We walked out, it was not worth being sick for days to give a full review. If your dining area is disgusting...it is a hard hard pass!
