I tried to go through the drive thru at 9:30ish tonight. I was waiting for a good while, and a few cars had come up behind me. All I wanted was a peppermint shake and they were cleaning the machine? At 9:30 at night? Also sonic is one of the few places in Newport to get ice cream, and you are going to close it down an HOUR AN A HALF before you close?

Came through town traveling from NC, ordered two burgers, drinks and tots. Let me tell, that was the foulest burger I’ve ever had. Tasted old and dried out. The cups with our drinks smelled like old fry grease, I had to just throw it away. The service was quick but now I know why. Do not recommend! Irritated I wasted $17 and my time writing this review.

Went to sonic today and got the chicken tenders and got back home just to realize they were raw and bloody. It was a waste of time and money. If your kids eat chicken tenders please check them first. The chicken tenders floppy because of how raw they were.

We waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks, was given water instead of sprite and then when we did get the correct drinks, it was all carbonation. Who I assume is the manager was very apologetic but this was the worst experience yet

Today I was getting sonic and I got a sprite with coconut,vannila,peach, and dragonfruit but anyways when i got home and checked the large mozzerella sticks I also got they tasted rubbery and their were only 4 and they didnt even seem busy so idk.
e hand only been books to get a shake one time in the last 7 days. we go each day fires the half off after 5 and the shake machine is always down. tonight people even had shakes eating outside and when went through drive through the said that were not doing ice cream. we have been found there or calling the past 2 weeks.

If I could put negative stars I would. This is the grossest thing I have seen in my life. My wife and I were waiting for our food patiently in the parking stalls when we looked across the way and it seemed like 2 people were getting it on. They were hanging all over each other and throwing themselves all over the car. I thought maybe it was young love. But then the woman in the car ran into Sonic, and quickly delivered the food to our car. She made sure to fix her hair but definitely did not wash her hands. she reminded us that the food just came out of the fryer and to watch our hands. Obviously, she should watch her hands. Needless to say I did not want any extra cream that could have been on her hands and we pitched all items we received from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, unless you want a good time apparently.
