I think the lady who made my sub was a manager. Brown hair in a bun. First off I come in and order a sub off of their menu, yet shes asking me what I want on it?.. Well, I had to read her off the menu what I want on it. Yet, she forgets salami and mayo. And when asked what vegetables I want, I said simply onions&spinach, she says okay and slaps tomatoes on! Lol. I can eat them too i just thought it was crazy She acted like i was absolutely annoying. I was the only customer inside.

Went to the drive thru at 7 pm sat 5 min never did get anyone to come to the window Monday evening finally just drove off.very disappointed the last couple times we've been there.

I placed my order today during lunch and it was busy and i did get all my food and it was made correctly but i wasn't good. My meatball sub was very skimpy with very little sauce and the meatballs were burnt and crusty. The lady that helped me also wasn't very friendly and looked like she was just miserable to be there.

this is SECOND TIME I have ordered three sandwiches and two were ordered to be toasted and they were not......one was Philly cheese steak which obviously needs to be toasted to melt cheese and heat peppers, onions and meat. other was American club and I wanted bacon to be cooked! it was raw! make sure if you want your sandwich toasted you go in and order in person.
Clean the atmosphere was nice! And they made a nice sandwich! A good variety of things to eat!

i love it here the manager on the heavier side is very helpful and the girl with not many teeth in her mouth God bless but she makes a really good sandwich it. I must say the mold is such a nice touch and brings light to the atmosphere

Placed an online order for JM and Everytime we place an online order it's never right so I order the same thing Everytime stake egg and cheese add smashed avocado, spinach,light lettuce. They charge $2 for the alvacodo. But never put it on the sandwich. Someone either picking money or just straight ripping people off. I went in twice in the last month over this same thing. And they were rude about it even though it's their mistake. Owners need to fix this problem or lose the business.
