I pulled in to get my pick up order but they were locking the door. A sign said lobby closed, pick up only, that's what I'm here for. Four cars got in front of me in the drive-thru because I didn't know to go through it and they couldn't say a word. Now I'm stuck in this drive-thru and can't get out of this place or Id just cancelled. Ashley 3 cars took 20 minutes

Andrea O was has a bad attitude and poor costumer service l. We had got loaded nachos and there was no meat on them so we asked for them to fix it for us. She then puts her nasty fingers in the nachos and says there’s meat under it and we said no that’s red sauce, she then continues to argue with us, closes the window and tells us to have a goodnight. We have to knock on the window to tell her we wanna refund, you’ve done touched the nachos with your fingers and you’re refusing to fix it. She tells us it’s 3 dollars idk what you expect? Making excuses for how they look then gives us our refund while rolling her eyes the entire time. I’ve never been treated so poorly and I won’t be coming back. Andrea O needs to learn that’s now how you treat your customers

I normally don’t ‘rate’anything. But this is the second time I’m a week that I’ve spent $30-$40 at Taco Bell and both times our orders were completely wrong. Not only were they wrong but the food is cold.
The food is great , but I can’t even go inside the restaurant without feeling like I’m in a dry sauna ! That’s outrageous! The customer service is terrible ! No one came to see what I needed and I had to stand up front for almost an hour to get a simple cup for my drink! Something needs to be done ! This used to be one of my favorite places to go ! And no I don’t want to go through drive through. I should be able to eat in a restaurant without feeling like I’m dying from heat stroke . Do better !!

Staff very friendly and helpful. the wait time is a little long but the food is very good.
Been stuck in the drive through for over 30 mins. 10+ cars behind me they’ve taken one order since we’ve pulled up. Even tried calling the store but the calls won’t go thru. This place is an absolute joke of fast food chain.
