My boyfriend went to get dinner and the manager is standing there doing absolutely nothing about the fact that there out of food didnt offer him a refund or anything but instead are giving out free food for what they have left 🙄 and not caring about what the other people need to order

The food is good, its always been hot but the wait is long. If going through the drive thru, they have a tendency to hold you at the menu. I can only assume they are trying to lower their drive thu times or something with staffing being low.

Love taco bell food. I just don't like when you go through drive through that machine starts talking to you and your trying to order and it's saying does that complete your order no because it hasn't given you a chance to say anything. Other than that I love taco bell food.

The Taco Bell app is the best fast food app in the business, fight me. The ease of use and the rewards are next to none. The food is Taco Bell quality, and the Newport TN Taco Bell is a great place to get a bite to eat. My go to is a Gordita supreme or cheesy Gordita

ONLY giving this a 4 star because of ANDREA. It was very upsetting how I received my food and it looked like it was just thrown together with the taco shells at the bottom of the bag with heavy items on top. Also because it looked like someone squeezed the life out of the flatbread chciken melt and it was over all upsetting seeing messy food and getting my orders wrong. BUT! Andrea fixed my issue and she handled it with such great care.❤️ Restaurant industries need MORE PROFESSIONALISM LIKE ANDREA!

I don’t know if yall need to get new headsets or what but my order was completely wrong… I mean was this worker doing the opposite of everything i said? Been in the car for 10 hours and this is the service i get. Absolutely pathetic, whoever the boss is has no clue how to make sure a restaurant is handing out proper orders
