No toilet paper after I had already used it before noticing. I think the manager should reassure us for a better experience if in the nearby future by providing my husband and l a promised normal request of our normal meals to show that frequent return customers are valued by the manager and franchise as a whole.

It's waffle House. Tables dirty when got there had to clean a table to sit . Service was poor. Food ok.

Went in and was waited on by Angel. He was an excellent server. The cook was awesome. Went back 2 days later different crew. No problem still ordered but did carry out. Eggs soft scrambled with toast and bacon and hash brown. Got home. Ready to eat. The food was slop. My eggs were black and crispy. Yes crispy. Wasted almost $40. That was the most expensive coke and toast I have ever had. Do better. You are not so successful that you won't go under. We also "HAD" a Huddle House. They went away. Bad food. ? Don't let that happen to you.

We are locals that work in Gatlinburg, after a long night we love stopping by this waffle house. Anthony is the sever that always takes care of us && he is BOMB! I honestly can say I continue to come back because of his incredible service! 5 star for sure!

The staff was loud n gossipy. Our annoyed flamboyant waiter was in a hurry to get order he didn't even give us time to look at the menu. And my Granddaughter used their restroom and came out n said, "Nanno that bathroom was the nastiest I've ever seen" n thats Bad when a 9 y.o. notices that. Smh?
