He made my meal into a sandwich and drink which is the same damn price as the combo but now I don't get the side, smh. On the other combo my wife has a tomato allergy that we asked for none to be on hers but sure enough tomatoe. Bro just do your job please

Apparently the management staff is too incompetent to maintain a staff that is capable of keeping the dinning room open during normal business hours. We walked up to the door to find that the doors were locked. I can only assume this is due to not enough employees on the schedule to maintain the dining room. This can only be the result of poor management to keep employees on staff. This is my second negative review for this store in Newport.

Don’t place a mobile order, not worth it. Cashier with the “big hair” kept rubbing her face and complaining during the evening rush rather than trying to help her coworkers. We spent 29 minutes in the drive through after giving up on the indoor line.
Busy times can be challenging, but complaining and intentionally slowing down doesn’t help.
This is a bad location.

If you want a good hamburger do not go here ! This is my last time eating here. There Dave’s burger is always cold, the lettuce looks like it’s about two weeks old, tomatoes onions and pickles are very soggy and old looking. Worst hamburger I’ve ever eaten. Why can’t you serve a hamburger that looks like the one on the menu and ads.
