We had a issue with our phone putting the pick up a hour away and they helped get it in and it was fast and super helpful. Everything was clean and nice in order and they were super easy to get help from. Elijah was fantastic

The most friendly and composed RESTAURANT ,not just fast food, experience I’ve had in forever. Not sure their names but I know one dude looked to be in his 20 and had brown hair, extremely nice. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a review before kinda feel like an npc but honestly I’m left speechless from the positive atmosphere. People were saying heard and shit at a fast food joint. Not hating on zaxbys but everyone there deserves to be somewhere better

I ORDERED a Side order of Cole SLAW to go with my meal tonight and was brought out a 1 once cup. When I asked for a Manager he came out and informed me that THAT IS THEIR SIDE ORDER Needless to say I've ordered there many times and I've Never gotten such a little amount for my money's worth! Won't be doing that again!

Waited 30min then they only gave us part of our food. Called for refund and they said they couldn't help me unless we came back which we couldn't do in a camper. I know i should check food and that's my bad but overall they were not helpful or sympathetic and did poorly.

I went into your Newport location in Tennessee I seen an ad on T V about the Mexican Quesadilla the First one was not made right,called back and spoke with B.J still not made right,not enough for one let alone two.This was my first and last time eating in Newport location.

I ordered delivery from this store and didn't get all my bags. When I called the store they offered to bring it to me since the delivery person screwed up. This awesome since I have two small kids and was trying to avoid going out! Best customer service I've had from anywhere in a long time!

Probably the cleanest, nicest and most professional Zaxby’s I’ve been too. Fries were fresh and crispy and I enjoyed the chicken sandwich
