I accidentally placed my online order at a location a few hours away. After a long day at the ballpark, my family was tired and hungry! I called the Nolensville Marco’s and the 2 young men working were extremely kind and helpful. They were able to cancel my erroneous order and had our pizza ready in less than 25 minutes. They went above and beyond to help. It was really a nice thing for them to do!
We order from Marco's often and usually it's great. However, when I order something online to be picked up at a certain time I expect it to be ready within a reasonable amount of time. My two daughters waited almost 20 minutes to pick up pizzas that were ordered over an hour in advance. I called to see what was going on and was told the pizzas just came out of the oven, my daughters were not there, and they were really busy. They won’t deliver to my house. It’s 2.8 miles away. I was a bit surprised since that doesn’t seem like much of a hike so I asked for the manager. He refused to give me his 1st name and then told me it was actually 3.8 miles away. So.. he’s smarter than google maps too. 😂 Good luck with that.
