If our Southern Ohio Applebee's was even REMOTELY close to this one, we would be there twice a week! Margaritas were phenomenal as were the apps!!! Josh was super friendly!

Food is usually good, service is good, never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seated.
Can be loud in there at times.

Took the family here a few days ago. Food was okay, server was very rude. I can't remember her name, she was a heavy set woman. The manager (can't remember her name either) was on her phone the entire time we were there, after asking numerous times for a manager, she disappeared and sent a different server to our table to tell us they couldn't even discount our food which was sent out wrong 4 different times. This used to be a very nice location, however over the last 3 months or so, it has gone downhill majorly. Especially during dinner/evening hours. Will most likely not be returning.

The service was phenomenal. Our server was on top of everything and super friendly. The food however was awful. The steak was insanely chewy and the shrimp was mush (very concerning) and the Alfredo sauce tasted sour.

We are from out of town and Applebees being the only place open , we drove 30 minutes to have dinner here. Awful experience. My husbands soup came out cold and they microwaved it. My grilled chicken , mash potatoes and broccoli was not even lukewarm. Yes it was 11:15 when we arrived but they are open late. I sent my food back with zero apologies . Asked for a manager, she never came out my husband ate his burger fries was cold and soggy we was given the bill without my food on it and still charged for the soup and his food. After we was done paying bc we was tired and just ready to leave with no where else to choose from to eat a dinner. A manager came out and gave us a 25$ gift card with out ? Or apologies. We get in the car and it’s for there location only , come on seriously. How disappointing.

The garlic parm boneless wings were like little pebbles with too much breading and a little bit of dry chicken. The steak was tough and chewy. The burger was OK but better burgers can be found locally. Our server was very nice and attentive.

My husband and I ordered to go from here tonight, he ordered a medium rare steak, we got home and it was blue, he had to re cook it. His green beans were rock hard, those went in the trash. Our salads were welted and hot, our cheese sticks were completely cold, we live 10 minutes away, no way they got that cold in that time frame. The chicken on the chicken Alfredo was burnt and hard. All in all 80% of our meal went into the trash after spending $60 plus a $25 tip on a Togo order. Never will go back here again.
