Went in a few weeks ago and the younger girls working were throwing a fit about us being there 45 minutes before closing.
Just tried to go right now (8:30pm on 5/20/25) online says they close at 10pm but the building is dark and all of the doors are locked. What’s the point of hours if they aren’t going to actually work till closing time?

Does even deserve a star.. one looks like 12 year olds working.. rude as heck… and got my cone wrong. And didn’t even put a scoop on the cone legit only put a small spoon full. You will never get my service again. Luckily I just drove off because if I would say something I would have thrown it back at them

This Baskin-Robbins in Oak Ridge is absolutely fantastic! It’s right in front of the Walmart over there. I had a pistachio ice cream, and it’s one of my all-time favorites. The team at this location is doing an amazing job under the new management. Highly recommend it!

Replace the staff. One of those girls (the one with the herpes bumps on her lips) coughing in peoples shakes....I just walked out and never went back.
