First time here. Heard from a friend who had only had their hotdog and he wasn’t impressed or wanted to go. We both came and got the pulled pork sandwich combo. Oh my! Very good! Tender, juicy and flavorful pork. The Mild BBQ sauce was sweet and good. Tried the Blazing BBQ and was expecting death fire hot, it wasn’t! It was waaay better flavor than the mild in my opinion. And yes, the heat comes later! I diluted it with the mild and ketchup and it was fantastic! The coleslaw calmed/killed the heat! Will definitely be back! Great food and experience! Very kind employees to help a first timer!

You can always expect great bbq from Buddy's at a reasonable price. The dining room and the restrooms are clean and you get your food fast whether inside or drive-thru. They have the best fries in town!
I go to Buddy's alot I usually go to North Knoxville or Sevierville but I honestly have to say this location was my absolute favorite the girl in the drive thru . I love this place . I wish I would've got the young girls name that waitied on me in the drive thru she was doing orders and handing them out and with all that work she was doing and still had a great attitude. Is this girl isn't a manager she needs to be for sure.

Wonderful experience. Our food was great. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly and professional. Nora had great control even though they were crazy busy. I was afraid I wouldn’t have time to eat because I had to be at work in about 1 hour. We were in, ate and out in plenty of time for me to make it to work in time.

I wish I didn't have to give a star to be able to write a review,, the young lady that worked tonight 7/14 at about 840 . Do your self a favor and Find a different job . Absolutely RUDE! and never got my drink she never said hi or have a great night.. worst attitude I’ve came across in this town . If customers service isn’t your thing then find another job . This world is missing kindness,, all that sass wasn’t needed tonight
I just ate a brisket sandwich that was mostly bread and tasted of sour dish sponges.

Got a door dash so I paid extra for fees and extra for each item I ordered. Didn't get any BBQ sauce with either of my orders so I had to drive there myself to get sauce. No one would even answer the phone when I called. No one seemed to care that I had to come get my own sauce. They just gave me a few small containers of some nasty tasting BBQ sauce. Food is cold by the time I got to eat it. And idk when they changed that sauce but it's terrible now. You would think they would at least offer me something after I pay extra and still have to drive there. But they did not care
