Worst BBQ I’ve ever had. Dry as dust. I had a pulled pork sandwich and dry rub wings. Maybe they were good when they were prepared, but certainly not after sitting under heat lamps for probably the whole day. Hush puppies were good though.

Order ribs to go got sliced beef. Green beans were not hot. Overall though it was good.

It was so-so. Probably expected from a fast food restaurant. Definitely under staffed and many times the lobby is closed. If you you plan on going in and enjoying your meal don't waste your time. If you go through the drive thru make sure your food is right. Other than that not to bad.
Ribs were good. Meat was soft and tender. Pulled pork sandwiches were packed with meat.

Do not order the chicken. It is expired, the wrong color, and smells horrible. It’s at least a month expired, if not longer. If I could rate it lower than 1, I could. Idk what kind of manager would willingly sell expired chicken to the public and be completely fine with it. They need to be shut

For being such a highly regarded bbq chain around knoxville/surrounding areas, I was incredibly underwhelmed. The “hot” bbq sauce was mild at best. The brisket was over done, and chewy, and the tea was Luke warm. Won’t be coming back to this location again. I love bbq, but this wasn’t good.

A woman who seemed to be in charge arguing with a customer about his order. Based on what he ordered, the customer was absolutely correct and was treated disrespectful. Then, I ordered exactly the same and was shorted on my order as well.
