The atmosphere was awesome inside and the view of the river was great as well as the bartender had great customer service. The beer we ordered was tasty and the brisket was nice and tender but the ribs were a little too Barky and overcooked but overall we enjoyed our visit. Also the hot sauce was really good for dipping.

I’d leave zero for service but google won’t let me. Service was pretty awful. My servers name was arie? Not to sure because I had to ask a manager and he didn’t even know who the server was. As a server myself, my table would’ve been way more satisfied. When we had sat we waited a few minutes to be greeted, she took our drink order and went away. When she brought our drinks back we said we needed a minute on the menu. She came back a few minutes later and took our order and left. We didn’t see her again until she brought our food. WE DIDNT EVEN GET THE BREAD. Well when we got the food we said we were fine but didn’t notice they gave us Mac instead mash. We wanted to change it but to late because our server is gone and didn’t come back until 10ish mins after we were ready to leave. I don’t feel bad for not tipping because service was awful.

Great food, great service and beautiful views right on the water. Plenty of parking even for this busy establishment. Wait times are reasonable and the staff keeps the place clean.
Server was great even with a trainee in tow. I got the pork sandwich which was about right for the price, and tasted great when I added Coleslaw. Wife had brisket which I wish I had ordered. Overall a good place if you're looking for a step up from Applebee's. Prices are reasonable.

We were on a road trip through the area and found Calhoun's on Opentable. We were not disappointed and enjoyed the views and a lovely lunch. The barbecue chicken salad was awesome and packed with goodies. My husband enjoyed the chicken burger and we shared a pretzel and beer cheese. Staff was awesome super friendly and always there to refill our beverages.

Food is crazy good. Ribs are the best. Sweet potatoes with cinnamon butter, even the fries have twist. May be double fried, good. Service is excellent. Then,,,, there is the beautiful lake view.

Overall, fun place with a neat location on the water. Sitting outside during good weather is a must and the service here met my expectations. I got the ale steak with a baked potato, a house salad, and a fresh squeezed lemonade. Pretty sure they used sparkling water or carbonated water as it had kind of a bubbly texture to it. Interesting take on a fresh tasting lemonade that I certainly enjoyed. The sirloin was just OK but the bread, baked potato and salad were on point and also exceeded my expectations. I would recommend for the location for the scenery alone, but the food certainly pairs well with a nice evening on the water.
