I am never one to leave a bad review but with the quality of everything else going down I had high hopes Chick Fil A would stay strong. I was wrong. I got a salad today (already the most expensive option on the menu) and the entire thing is brown and wilted. How did anyone look at this and decide to serve it? Highly disappointed in my favorite fast food location. I was home before realizing For other customers, please check your orders before leaving.

We stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick bite before our movie and decided to try the new Pretzel Club sandwiches, both the grilled and the original fillet. It’s nice to see some fresh menu options, even if it’s just a different bun style, and we’re happy to report that both sandwiches were delicious and definitely worth trying.
As expected from Chick-fil-A, the service was excellent. Izzy (if I caught the name correctly) was friendly, efficient, and kept the dining area tidy when not helping customers at the register. Overall, a great experience!

I traveled out of state and was hungry this morning, so I wanted to have breakfast. Typically, Chick-fil-A has decent breakfast options. I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup at 10:08. However, the service was so slow that by the time I received my order, it was already after 10:30, and they informed me that they had stopped serving breakfast. Not only did I leave without eating, but I also wasted gas and ended up stuck in the drive-thru line. It felt like a complete waste of my time.

When you ask for extra crackers for your 6 dollar soup while ordering and also once again at the window you think they would understand the point.. I get home there is 4 crackers which is the start of my first bad experience at this location I open my 8 piece chicken and 2 of my nuggets are 5 percent chicken 95% breading Not sure what's changed here but I wont be back

I waited longer than I ever have at any chick fil a drive thru just to get my food at this location. I was VERY shocked because that's definitely NOT chick fil a's reputation. They were super friendly as usual and they were not busy at all which is unusual too so I'm not sure the deal but they were really slow that day.
