The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the food was great.Otherwise do not recommend this place. The atmosphere is not child/family friendly anymore. And no decaf coffee.

Came here for dinner with my son... He's 1.5.... doesn't really talk much... Anyways we went in the playroom. He was on the lil playground and some old worker employe opens the door to tell me that the playground is closed due to a little hole in the carpet.... Then stood there with the door open for a minute until I had to climb up in the playground to retrieve my son. By the time I get all of our stuff together and have a screaming baby in one arm...I go to the door. There's a chair in front of the door... The old man was standing there with a broom and didn't attempt to move the chair until I had pushed it open... Needless to say I'm infuriated. So is my son who doesn't understand. If the playground is closed for any reason.... Lock the door.... Kids don't look for a damn sign on the door. By the way we are leaving at 7pm.... So the door has been unlocked all day long... I wonder how many other kids were torn away from the playground over a little piece of carpet....Kid-friendliness: Haha they say the playground is closed but they don't lock the door so kids get ripped away from playing all day long....

Worst customer service I’ve had experienced.They just ignored me while talking between them. After that, a customer friend of them arrived and they talked for a long time, got her order and I was standing there, waiting for someone to talk to me. I waited about 10min and nobody ahead of me. Ridiculous!

Paint job good on the outside and the inside. Windows clean. Water tastes good. Playground fun. HVAC in drive thru. Rugs get dirty but then they clean them off. This restaurant typically fills me with food. If I went here 300 times, I would likely enjoy it 299 of them.
