There were no tables to sit but the food was hot and good, we took ours down the road and had a picnic.

After reading great reviews I decided to give this place a try. I drove from LaFollette just to try it. What a wasted trip. It was horrible!!! I've never tasted such nasty meat. If I could rate a zero I would. I will not be returning one time was enough. The ONLY thing good was the price!! :(

After reading great reviews I thought I'd give this place a try. Huge mistake on my part. It was WORST philly I've eaten. I've never tasted such nasty meat. I will not be returning. One wasted trip.

They are so good! I'm from S. Jersey and this is as close to a cheesesteak from there as I have been able to find. The rolls are perfect and the cheesesteak is delicious!

Great food for a good price. Staff is always very nice. The cheesesteaks are good and hot for 10 to 20 minutes. There is not seating inside, which is fine, so you have to find a spot to eat. There is a public park right across the street. Bring some extra paper towels and wet hand wipes. Drive to a park or any spot and enjoy.

Went today on a recommendation of a friend. I am very particular about my cheesesteaks. I have not found many in the area that are with my time. Well, today, I was very happy to find a really good cheesesteak. No frills just friendly service, great pricing and a really good sandwich. I will be back and bringing others with me.
The Italian Toasted Hoagie was delicious! First time trying Fat Sal’s today. I highly recommend as it definitely hit the spot.

The fat sal used to actually be a pound of food. What I was served today was sad in comparison. I'll never be

Horrendously poor value. Sandwiches used to be larger. Months ago I purchased a sandwich and it scaled to around 390g and sometimes more. Thus time was nowhere close. What a shame of an establishment.

The original is the legit cheese steak I've enjoyed several times in Philadelphia. Knew when the roll was being sourced from a 120 y/o bakery in Philly, the sandwich was going to be the real deal.

Delicious and always on point. I call their sandwiches Hunger Busters.
