Server refused to swap out a terrible tasting crepe dish. She then charged me an extra $5 for condiments to make my leather tasting crepes more paletable.

I left an 18% tip as thats what their credit card machine defaults to.

Dining here was a big mistake.

I will never be going back here.

The food is good, but the service is so slow! We had to wait so long for our food. And this has happened the last 3 times we’ve come here. (We won’t be coming back) Our waiter forgot about us when just getting our drinks before ordering & waited on the table next to us that had just walked in the door, when we had been sitting for 20 minutes already. After about 45 minutes wait, we finally walked out.

The waiter was fairly rude to us and then forgot our silverware. When we asked for some, we waited for over 10 minutes before just getting it ourselves. Worst ihop I’ve ever been to.

EDIT: The response they gave me was fully automated and directed me to some chatGPT customer relations website. I will never go to another ihop again.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at IHOP. The website clearly stated that the location would be open until midnight, so I planned my visit accordingly. However, when I arrived at 10 PM, the doors were already locked, and the staff inside told me they were closed. It's frustrating to rely on incorrect information, especially when you're craving something specific. IHOP, please update your website or communicate any changes in hours more clearly. This kind of inconsistency makes it hard to trust your business.

This place needs to be updated. The food was ok... The service was almost rushed... She seemed like she was trying to get done and leave. They didn't have much staff..so maybe that's the problem.

We waited over 10 minutes to be seated with only 5 tables that had customers. 2 of those tables still haven't even ordered yet. We when noticed that, we got up and left. OMG how are you even in business
