We went as a group of 6 at 7:45 and when we walked in we stood and waited for about 6 minutes. We yelled and ask if anybody was there because we didn’t see or hear anyone while we waited. A man came to the front and said the waitress was in the bathroom. We waited on her to come and when she did she told us the lobby was closed at 8pm. Online said it was open till 10pm. She said she would still seat us and that it was no problem because she forgot to lock the door. We told her we could go somewhere else that it wasn’t a problem, but she assured us it was ok. We sat down and waited 20 minutes to get drinks, and waited a hour to get our food. 3 of us needed a drink refill and she said she would bring them out but they ended up waiting around another 30 minutes for their drinks. When the food finally came out one of us got a biscuit and gravy. Except it wasn’t a biscuit, it was English muffin. He asked her about it and she told him that’s just how ihop biscuits look. She left and when she came back we all asked her if she could get him a biscuit and not an English muffin. Only to be told that’s what ihop biscuits look like. We looked up what they actually looked like and it was indeed a English muffin. He didn’t eat it and when we left, one of us went to the bathroom and she got locked it and overheard the lady and man talking. They said “Did they really think I would cook a whole pan of biscuits for them?” They could have told us there were things they couldn’t or wasn’t willing to make and we would have said ok or went to another restaurant instead. But they chose to lie right to all of our faces. In all due respect, do you think 6 southerners don’t know what a biscuit looks like? 1st and last time coming.

I ordered on door dash I said last time I wouldn't do it again and went against my better judgment. Food got here pretty fast food was still warm which is not the norm but the eggs were burnt again this makes twice in a couple months. We order on average of 4 times a week from some where when I do a door dash review unless it's good it never gets published..oh yes and they were scrambled

This IHOP is really filthy! The doors, walls, booths and the floors! I understand that everyone is short staffed but, this location was recently closed due to remodeling. Why it not cleaned really well before re-opening?

This Oak Ridge IHop is the best ever!. We were served with smiles and a great service! We have never had better service at any restaurant! Both waitresses and the assistant manager were awesome, so friendly with all of the customers!

Worst service. The place was nearly empty, we waited 10mins at the door for someone to acknowledge us & finally seat us. Once seated and our drink order taken it took another 30mins to get our coffee. The food order took an additional 30mins after that. Then we waited on the check for another 20mins. Never again!

Waited to be seated for 15 minutes. There was one other family at a table. Never could get anyone's attention to be seated.

The server and the cook, Jaylin and Xavier respectively, excelled during my dine-in experience here. I felt welcomed when I walked in and fully satisfied when I departed. My double BLT was perfectly assembled, and my bacon was crispy crispy. My onion rings were crunchy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. Definitely a top-tier late night eatery.

Waitress was very not wih it. Had to take order 3 times. First told me i could substitute an item. Another lady spoke up said it would be a up charge. Once we got our food. She never ask if we need more to drink or if we needed anything else. When we paid we ask for to go drink. She brings us our change and we had to ask again for our to go drinks. She finally bring them to us in kid cups. She not gonna make it. I know we all have our days but she was not with it at all. It will be a while before i go back to this one if i go back at all.
