Employees and service was friendly and quick. Went inside to eat and got our meal quickly. Even while being bombarded with the Sunday "5buckets of chicken" per order they stayed upbeat and friendly.
I went in after 8pm . There was an older woman on the drive thru. She must of been tired. She was irritated and acted like everything was annoying her. There was a younger lady who seemed to have more experience. She filled my box and was super sweet and said thank you have a good night. I checked my food box and it was wrong. I stayed polite, kept smiling . The older woman was just unhappy and her body language and noises she made let me know she didn't care for me or...
Just need to say thanks to William (store manager)!!! Thank you so much for your service today, even when you were working like a scalded dog. Working with just 1 other person, and having to replace an order that someone came in pretended to be my husband to pick up. William, you are truly amazing!
