Management was very rude after she messed up my order I ordered 12 Krystals no pickles paid for my food look at the receipt I was charged for 12 cheese Krystals with pickles smh my kids are lactose and can't have cheese and she sd oh well you'll have to wait 20 min for us to remake them matter fact I'll refund u and u can get out of my drive thru . Very poor management,very poor customer service and she was very mouthy with me ???

The bread is always drenched in grease so you get a mouthful of soggy mushy bread with every bite. Stale waffle fries with toppings missing, and the building looks like it's not sanitary to touch.

Went to the drive-through waited 15 minutes, told us they were out of crystals
We visited this location last Friday around 9pm, we had 1 car in front of us . We ordered our food and took 30 minutes to get 12 Krystal burgers,4 chicks , cheese Krystal meal with chili cheese waffle fries, 2 additional fries. Tasted like they were cooked at noon, very greasy! and room temperature. There was way too much grease on the buns, both waffle fries and the chili cheese fries went in the trash, 2 out of 4 chicks went in the trash and in my opinion in no way worth the 50.00+ Dollars spent! Possibly a lack of management or workers?

Food was downright horrible. Tables were all dirty, a small bug went across ours right before we left. My son had never tried Krystal's so I showed him why we never eat here. Tearing this building down and building something else seems like the proper solution.

I had amazing service here! The two employees scheduled were patient, thorough, and attentive. It was the best fast food experience I’ve had in years! Their positive attitude and determination to make my order as quickly and accurately as possible. Thank you, Whitney! If Krystal’s is ever stupid enough to let you go, I would hire you in a second!
