The last few times I have been here the customer service has been less than stellar. My order got messed up twice and yesterday I received the rudest service I have ever received anywhere. First screw up I recited the wrong muffins, second time they got my double Cheeseburger wrong, third time I received the worst service ever. We had very fast service, they moved so fast we had most of our order before we finished ordering. The cashier Cassandra was very helpful and friendly, she made our day. We were there for a birthday party.

McDonald's is a familiar and reliable fast-food restaurant that offers a satisfying experience. The Mocha Frappé and Caramel Frappé are delicious treats that are creamy, rich, and perfect for beating the heat. The classic McChicken is crispy, juicy, and comforting, with tender chicken and flavorful breading. The service is friendly and efficient, and the staff in places like Oak Ridge always ensures the food is hot and prepared well, with extras like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions available upon request. The french fries are consistently hot and perfectly done. Parking is convenient, with plenty of pickup bays and order stations making it easy to get your food quickly, even during busy times. While sometimes the lobby may be closed, drive-thru service remains quick, and small touches like napkins, ketchup, and salt packets are provided. Overall, a visit to McDonald's is a solid four-star experience, offering tasty frappes and a satisfying McChicken, with just a touch of waiting-induced disappointment. It remains a go-to spot for a quick and reliable meal, even if prices have increased slightly.
