Petro's Chili & Chips - Oak Ridge

Ordered original petro small and added queso for $1.99. Did not get the queso and there was a 3% surcharge for charging. Disappointed in not getting the queso and do not return to restaurants that add a credit card surcharge.

The lady who took my order was wonderful! But the food was not up to par. Such a bummer as this is such a nice looking place. The quality wasn’t anywhere near what I had at a different location. STALE Fritos!! What a disappointment!! I don’t think I will be back.

We love Petro's but not this location. The chips were stale and the oranges were dried up. We weren't close when we ate or we would have taken back. We will definitely not be going here again. It was a big disappointment.

When this location first opened, I was hooked! It is close to work, and the food and service started out incredible! However, over the past few months the food quality, quantity and service have taken a terrible turn. I went through the drive through today, and it took 25 minutes after placing my order to receive my food. I only get a 30 minute lunch break, so I was late getting back to work. When I opened my medium Petro in my office, it was made improperly (I asked to leave off onions and sour cream) both were on it. My cup was only half full, and the majority of what was in the cup was stale chips. The small portion of chili I did have on my Petro was barely Luke warm. My sweet tea was watery. I spent $10.95 on bland tea and a half empty, cold Petro. After being a loyal patron since this location opened, I think today will be my last visit. I hate wasting my money on inedible food.

I had ordered food for election employees a day before needing it.
I was told I could not prepay...ok.
When my friend arrived at the designated time, she was told they didn't have an order. After my friend called me to get the order, the girl "found" my called in order.?
Poor, unorganized service.

Petros use to be a family treat now this will be our last visit.We ordered a family dinner and ordered some extra sides, if i could post the picture of how the tomatoes looked and how most of the sides weren't even half full. You know what i'm so pissed i will put the pictures up.This meal cost 50 dollars.. let that sink in and not only that we had to wait 30+ minutes for our food. We asked to talk to the manager and waited additional 15 minutes and they would not show up.we ordered cucumber and onions on the side, they gave us the bag with the lid completely not on and it spilled all over my wife. If you read this please do not ever go to this place ever. I'm reaching out to my bank to see if we can do a charge back. So we paid 50 bucks for mediocre chilli and some cheese.Also ordered sunshine tea, we told them it was not correct it was just sweet tea with a splash of orange.. this will be the last time i ever get petrosManager might have been there and was too much of a coward to come talk to us because we were so pissed.Here is the best part, when we got the food we asked for a refund and we DID NOT want to take the food. They refused this request and not only refused but essentially forced us to take this food. so I will be calling the bank.

Stood there for 15 minutes at the window waiting for a doordash order and not a single person spoke to me to tell me that they were working on it or anything. Wasted my time while I was trying to make money.

This place is terrible. Cold food and inappropriately long waits. I keep trying because i love petros but i just cant go back. I'll drive to knoxville next time i get the craving. Just sad y'all. Cold chili means bacteria. The health department needs to do their job.
