Obviously corporate doesn’t follow-up with bad reviews. The Oak Ridge store consistently shuts off lights 60-90 minutes before the actual closing time. Employees have no respect for customers and management should be replaced for terrible hiring. We will be calling corporate….Oak Ridge should demand better!

Do not waste your time at this location when there is an excellent Tropical Smoothie right across the street. Service is terrible.. it’s always the same girl and she always has an attitude. Stopped by for a free 12oz promo they were running today.. was told to park at the stop sign and wait. Nearly 20 minutes later they brought something that was MAYBE 8oz and tasted terrible.
