Absolutely amazing. The last time I had a comparable experience was at the Four Seasons in Nashville. The food selection, preparation, and service was immaculate. Every important aspect to fine dining was carefully measured, AND FOR SIMILAR PRICE to chain restaurants, with friendly and personable staff. Could not be more impressed.
Food came fast, good selection, bread is amazing. Please, though, stop asking, "Just one" after someone replies, "one," when asked how many. Do you say, "just two," after someone says, "two"? And, no, most solo diners do not want to sit at the bar. Please treat us like your other guests. Other than that false start, my breakfast at First Watch this morning was very tasty and surprisingly affordable.
I had the Trifecta with waffle, eggs, and chicken apple sausage. It was fresh and hot. The berry compote with the waffle was a delightful addition. I had regular hot coffee, the best I've had from a restaurant, not burnt tasting. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is modern but cozy. I thought it was priced very well compared to similar restaurants!

First Watch is a vibrant, welcoming restaurant and a true sit-down breakfast spot. The inside is beautifully decorated with an open, airy layout flooded with natural light from windows galore. It features tables, booths, bar seats, and outdoor seating. The place is consistently spotless and cheerful.
The food is delicious with generous portions. Favorites include the breakfast tacos, the hash dish farmhouse style, the Market Hash, the Bacado Omelet, and the sinfully divine Million Dollar Potatoes. Seasonal items, like the maple bacon croissant, are also very delicious. The Morning Meditation Fresh Juice is crisp and refreshing. Food temperature and presentation are consistently spot-on.
Service is amazing, very good, courteous, attentive, and efficient. Staff are knowledgeable about ingredients for those with allergies and provide great communication. The restaurant feels well-run even when crowded or jam-packed. It is a great place for a late breakfast or to work from during the week with solid WiFi. Customers are thrilled with the experience and highly recommend it, planning to return again and again.
