Worst fast food place around. Waited an hour in the drive thru just to get a pretzel. While waiting we were asked several times by workers what we were even waiting for. Seen several workers just sleeping and looked like only one was working. They are quick to take the money for the food but slow and hesitant to give you the food you ordered
Guess I’m overly hopeful. Went through here tonight with a mobile order. Burger was wrong so I drove to the window and let them know. The manager proceeded to come to the window to tell me what comes on the burger, which I already knew because I always get no mustard and no pickles. Just got home and the burger is still wrong. I really don’t understand why this sonic can’t make the food correctly when the app order says what I want and don’t want on a burger.
