Every time I’ve visited this location within the last year there’s always a problem. Yesterday evening I made a mobile order, first they forgot one of our drinks, while they were going back into the kitchen to grab it we noticed they didn’t give us one of our burgers. I told the employee this and she said “oh nobody told you we’re out of that?”1. No, nobody told us.2. The workers on second shift are complete lazy teenagers who every time I come through the drive-through. They always have an attitude telling me it’s gonna be a 15 minute wait even on a cup of ice then today I go through the drive-through wait 15 minutes on my turn and they tell me that they’re sold out of ice someone please make this make sense but really we all know it’s all because they’re busy and they don’t want to get the bag of ice boo hoo that’s your job

At this point they should just pull the franchise license for this location. Was excellent for so many years, and over the last 3-4 years they've become increasingly horrible. Worst fast food experience in town.
