If you want to wait half an hour while your food sits in the hot box getting soggy
Food has always been up to my outrageous standards( I'm a chef). The one time they got the order wrong they even forgot the receipt. But a manager named Josh was kind, attentive, and responsible in his position. Thank you for having a good restaurant.

I placed a order online, waited 45 minutes for two hamburgers, watched employees inside sit on their phones and talk and take out trash, also can’t imagine how long the people before me had been waiting. ended up having to go through the drive thru and say something didn’t get any food just got a refund instead because i didn’t want to wait another hour for two hamburgers. they weren’t delivering food to anyone who was sitting in the pick up area. would not recommend this sonic lol, also not to mention the fact they literally cut the lights off to look like their closed… and they couldn’t even give me my money back i had to call a support agent.

Sonic isn’t going down hill… they fell off the cliff. I tried to order the queso smasher burger and the girl that was taking my order could not comprehend what that was even asking for after I repeated myself 3 times. She then asked me if the screen looked correct (this Sonic doesn’t have one of those screens and I didn’t tell her I was done ordering). She then proceeded to talk to her coworkers telling them to shut up and I could hear everything since she didn’t have her mic on mute. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food and there was no one in front of me. I got home and nothing about the order was correct which didn’t shock me but definitely disappointing. You want the worst customer service in Oak Ridge this is your place.

20 min for a blast that was mobile ordered from the parking spot and supposed to be ready in 6 min
The wait times are abysmal and the servers have the worst attitudes. And after waiting 45 minutes for a small order, the food tastes like it's been sitting there for 45 minutes.

Got yelled at and hung up on at the drive in spot. Very distasteful service and employees. Make sure to change your hours of operation on the internet! I’m never a Karen about ANYTHING, and this was horrible 😂

Ordered ahead of time through the app and still had to wait almost 30mins just to get drinks, DRINKS!! I can’t imagine if I had ordered food as well. I’m not sure if they just don’t have enough staff or what, but that’s just ridiculous.

This is the worst sonic to go to either they get your order wrong or they take forever when there is only one car in the drive thru do not visit this location save your money and time.

Had an absolute nightmare of an experience here tonight. My wife and I just worked 12 hour shifts at our jobs. We're tired, have a sleepy, cranky, screaming baby and just wanted to get something quick for dinner. 3 workers there, only 5 customers. We wait nearly an hour for our food. We watch workers eat on the clock, fix their hair, run out on breaks and do everything but run our mobile order out to us. We had to resort to going through the drive through just to get our food. We finally get our food and my wife's shake is melted, her drink is wrong and mine is poorly made with WAY too much favoring syrup. All our sauces were left as well. Lastly, my cheese stick taste like they were cooked in dirty oil. We paid $40 for all this. I hate to be the Karen, but this is unacceptable and was not worth the wait. I hate to be the guy that blames service workers, so I will tell you this. Pay your workers enough to actually care and stop running your business on Skeleton crews Sonic. And yes, I do want to escalate this issue further.

It took 35 minutes for my dasher to get my drink delivered because she was out there waiting while the workers were leaning over tables talking. they lied to me and said the order already went out when the door dasher never got it. i mentioned how i’ve been waiting for almost 40 minutes and they said it wasn’t their issue and hung up on me. they were also screaming at the dasher and talking crap about her which is disgusting. worst restaurant and customer service ever.

1/2 Price drinks on the app only however the app never works. There IT is a joke. I've reported this issue over 20 times with no resolution.
Zero stars. Was trying to order my CHILDS kids meal and the lady snapped at me telling me I was ordering too fast. I stopped and let her catch up and repeated the order and she snapped again saying “I know it’s a kids meal but what kind” told her she didn’t have to be rude about it. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food, that 1 kids meal just so happened to not have gotten rung up. The meal was paid for and was on the screen when we ordered…weird right? Well it took an hour for my CHILD to get his kids meal.
