This location is the worse I stop by almost every morning spend 8 to 10 dollars for a drink they always mess up and I'm on my way to work so I don't have time to sit and wait for another . I'll start using the other location

It was disappointment today. I ordered and asked for light ice. It took a while to get my order and they put full ice on it. They asked me if I wanted them to make another one, but I didn't have time to wait again. Why they could not see the sticker they put on the cup when they make it?

I understand there are new staff at this old favorite Starbucks location, but we're surprised and disappointed that they continue to mess up our orders- simple orders, not fancy drinks with multiple ingredients. Simple orders with just two or three ingredients and, more often than not, they are made wrong. Also, a family member ordered ahead, and paid, on the mobile app and when he went in to pick up his drink, they had another less expensive drink for him, saying that the drink he ordered was out of stock. We realize the app can be incorrect when something is out of stock, however they didn't even offer to refund the difference- they just expected him to take the drink. I feel like this is basic customer service and that we're not asking too much. Of course, mistakes are made and drinks may not be made correctly, but nearly every order??
