Slow service, coffee can be cold because it's left in a squirt container. And to pricey for quality it should be.

I stopped by for a latte today and was helped by a person named MK. She was so friendly and helpful and I really appreciated that! Starbucks has removed all but one sugar free syrup from their offerings and she took the time (I went through the drive thru) to help me decide what to get (tired of sf vanilla!) and was super friendly about it. The drink was hot and delicious and mildly sweet (how I like it). Recommend this location.

The manager *EDDIE is an exacerbated ostentatious, pompous, rude, and inept, brand repping, employee. With whom not ever need, in the present / future, establish ***themselves in any field with which, immediate customer service needs and/or maintaining long-term customer relations, is indicated as a requirement per the job description. I know this sounds trivial; my treatment was not. I never take the time to make disparaging comments about businesses on what is, sadly, to be unpleasant interactions with rude employees. This was above and beyond egregious behavior. I have always, at many / most all, Starbucks I have been treated nicely and had no problems, ever before, requesting a large (tall size paper cup) pup cup. I do not visit Starbucks every day but when I'm out and busy I sometimes need and enjoy treating myself, as well as my service dog Booker who is always accompanying me. (95-pound German Shepard) (completely healthy fit and active) I do so bc the standard small plastic cups are easily broken and if so the harmful sharp edges easily cut his mouth or worse consumed and have digestion problems. As well as he's a larger dog, so it's a sweet treat for him, just as my sweet mocha is to me. When asking, I have always offered to pay for my request for a larger consumption in the tall cup. I have never had to pay, which isn't the issue, but always told don't worry it's fine and I usually, though unnecessary, leave $1-$2 for being polite and kind. Not only was I refused, I was told "To Take" 2 plastic pup cups. I explained my reasoning, again offering to pay, and was refused. After questioning why now, after the many various locations, always pleasant and kind employee interactions, never being charged though I have always been willing to pay, and experiences with this, am I now on the receiving end of this negativity? I was told verbatim "Since you have requested this for your dog (while rolling their eyes) I'm not giving it to you" Again why? "There was a dumb lady who asked for the same thing then tried to blame us for killing her dog, so if I know it's for a dog I (can't and won't) do it! " I said well I am asking for a cup of whipped cream for myself now. Rolling their eyes once again behind the heart-shaped, 1 lens pink, 1 lens purple, glasses then an unnerving 10 - 15 second deadlock eye-to-eye stare, "FINE THEN!!!" Forcefully shutting the window, stomps off, brings the cup back shoves it towards me "HERE YOU GO!" Again the preferable choice of showing annoyance: is eye-rolling. I had yet to receive my order of mocha and pastry. The pastry came out about 2 minutes later, while I'm sure my drink was handed to me as late as it was because making a drink is hard to do when eyes are rolling around, in a head filled with unneeded negativity, adorned with falsely conveying cheerfulness in the form of pink & purple lensed heart shaped decorative glasses. I will never waste my time, my money, or the amount of energy expressing this, by EVER visiting this location again. To be honest, this incident, though isolated, has made me think about what better use my money on our occasional treat could be or back for.

Fast and friendly service!Parking: This location is kind of "nestled" into a corner lot. There isn't a lot of parking in the store front, but there is a good deal of open spots within a minute walk.

It would be cool if when you order a drink through the app, they make it the way it's supposed to be made. Their drive through line is always wrapped around the building, so I've tried to order online and run in and pick it up instead. But I like to add an extra shot and get oat milk in my cinnamon dolce. They never put the whipped cream on though, even though I always leave the whipped cream on when modifying the drink, because I want it. I understand they might assume I'm ordering oatmilk because I'm lactose intolerant, but I'm not. I just like it better. But to me, the drink isn't worth getting without the whipped cream. Every time I pick a drink up, I have to stand there and wait on someone to look at me to get them to put the whipped cream on. And I've asked if there's anything I can do differently to make sure it's put on like it's supposed to be anyway, and they're just like "yeeeeah it should come with it". YES I know! I'm just saying, there's no way to make sure they do it... *more* right when ordering online. And to order regular styles takes about 30 mins, which I rarely have. So it's like why bother??Either this location needs to not assume I didn't order my own drink correctly, or corporate needs to fix the app. But to have them give me what THEY think I need every single time is infuriating!

The consistency at this specific Starbucks is always hit or miss.. I have been here many times using gift cards given to me and my latte that I order every single time has often tasted burned and other times amazing. The color has been different every single time aswell. I’m not sure if it’s the knowledge about the drinks or just simply the different people making the drinks but I’m often disappointed here

I come here often and have never been disappointed but today the service was exceptional. The staff, as you could tell, was really busy and they handled everything like a boss. Kelsey specifically was really awesome! She made my birthday so special today!!! So thank you so much! I didn’t catch the rest of their names but the other staff working today was really great as well!

I come here pretty often, and they always get my drinks right. Pretty friendly most of the time. But guys. You’ve got to put the cardboard sleeve on hot drinks. I don’t know if you’re trying to save money or what, but the drink isn’t complete until you do that.Parking: Very awkward parking, the drive thru line goes past the parking so if you park and then drive thru gets busy, you won’t be able to get out.

NEVER use the drive-thru if there are more than 1-2 cars, unless you have 30 extra minutes...

Most of the time the employees are super sweet. But whoever it was working the drive thru this morning was so rude. First the only thing she said when I was ordering was “be louder” then when i got to the window she handed me my coffee didn’t even look at me, didn’t say a word to me. Handed me my coffee and shut the window, super rude. Will not be returning back to this location.
