Waited in line patiently at the oak ridge Walmart one lady was all that was running the subway I understand she was probably very overworked so I wanted to wait patiently there was one lady in front of me and as she was working on the woman’s order she asked how many sandwiches to me and I said 2 6 inch please and I wanted to let her know that me and the lady in front of me were paying separately then she rolled her eyes in disgust and repeated how what kind of sandwiches I then said oh I’m sorry mam I figured I needed to speak up she may not have heard me so I just said oh I’m sorry me and the lady in front are paying seperatly she then rolled her eyes agian and gave me a blank stare of irritation saying we will get to that then I had just had it she was being very rude I said I think I am going to eat somewhere else then as I was walking out I heard her talking about me to the customer in line never will eat at the oak ridge Walmart subway again going to one on turnpike

Took 45mins before he started our food. Then it was almost an hour n 35 mins before we got it n hand. The was only one worker. All kinds of ppl coming to get online orders. That wasn't even started yet. Because THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING!! THAT'S SO DAMN CRAZY, ONE PERSON! The worker wasn't bad at all. Talked alot but that's it.

If I could give this subway negative stars I would the way I was treated by the lady at the counter was deplorable I don't think I've ever been disrespected as badly as I was here. If you want to be talked down to,have things said about you under breath but still loud enough to hear and cussed at indirectly but directly at the same time for asking basic question about your sandwich order go here beacuse you'll get it all.i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

So I frequently stopped in here while shopping to buy food but today I merely sat down to pay a bill from my phone before shopping and the manager immediately told me i had to leave when i sat down without making a purchase and was very rude off the bat. As stated before i stopped here on several occasions to eat but since the manager wanted to be on a rude power trip i will not be eating at this subway or any other in Oak Ridge, fix your attitude

She ask are you having a sandwich like it was killing her to wait on us \\u0026 at the end of our order i asked her if she wasn't feeling good she said no i need to use the restroom \\u0026 been holding it i can't go to bathroom when i have customers \\u0026 then i asked for my receipt she took it from the regester put it on counter \\u0026 walked away to the bathroom. Never have i ever been treated that way . She looked as if she was dying \\u0026 me \\u0026 my kids thought she was really sick but it turned out that she didn't want to do her job \\u0026 was the Rudest person i have ever came across at any Subway!!!
