the last 3 times I have attempted to eat at this location, I have asked the employees very nicely to turn their music down in the kitchen. no music is ever being played in the lobby and it always sounds like a bass party in the kitchen. every time I ask them to turn it down, they say they will but are sboody about it and do not turn it down. once it was even turned up more.

Ordered a medium Baja blast from the drive thru at 440 pm. Got charged full price even though it's happier hour. Asked the dude at the window he said our happier hour actually just ended at five. I said, but it's not 5 yet... Still got charged full price almost $3 lol. Maybe learn to tell time?

First off I want to start this out I come to this taco bell alot cause of the service but now I am thinking I dont want to come back in came thru the drive thru at 3:24pm and the girl at the drive thru was making drinks and taking orders wouldn't open up the window so one of the cook girls came she had blonde hair and was extremely rude first she handed me my food without my payment so I told her I didn't pay yet and handed her my card than she rolled her eyes at me and didn't say a word to me and I understand you are in a lunch rush but dont treat customers how she did me and than she handed me my card back and shut the window on me when I was waiting for my drinks so I had to get her to open the window again and told her I was missing my drink and than she rolled her eyes at me and huffed at me like she couldn't be bothered with me and handed me my drink and slammed the window at me when I was trying to tell her thank you so I think that is very unprofessional and I think a manager needs to sir her down and talk with her cause she kept shaking her head like she couldn't be bothered with customer it makes me want to never come back here again so rude

If I order taco supreme pay for taco supreme I want a taco supreme not a stripped down shell
Worse experience ever. Food was cold ash when I called to speak with the manager she guna sit here and try telling me there isn't a way possible that it was cold that it was made fresh . Definitely was not made fresh and it was cold and sloppy like they made it by accident prior to me makin my order and than decided to give it to me. I will be contacting corporate over the manner as well as the managers rude behavior

Today I had an issue with a special order Crunchwrap Supreme I placed. The crunchwrap was lacking the ingredients I added and wasn't as fresh as I had hoped. However, thanks to excellent service by Logan, I was provided a remake that went beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team for the incredible food
