Today I had an issue with a special order Crunchwrap Supreme I placed. The crunchwrap was lacking the ingredients I added and wasn't as fresh as I had hoped. However, thanks to excellent service by Logan, I was provided a remake that went beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team for the incredible food

Everytime we've ordered, we ask for no lettuce, tomatoes, or sour cream on our chalupas, and they've put it on anyway every time. Today, we received an EXCESSIVE amount of it on both chalupas that we ordered plain, to the point it was falling out into the bag. Everyone in this household has worked in the food industry, including one of us who has worked at a taco bell, so we can say without a doubt this is laziness or purposeful. It is not difficult to follow instructions and you can EASILY see what instructions are on an order. Not to mention the meat was ice cold, despite the fact we received our (delivery) order within 15 minutes of placing it.
Please develop some braincells.

Ordered quesadilla and went to get it out the bag and it fell apart and was every where need to laarn not to steam them in the damn bags the are put in should send you all my car cleaning bill

Very disappointed I’ve been coming here a long time and the attitude of the one lady named lakissa is very disappointing I’ve always had very good interactions with every one but her and I will not be returning to this location as she is there
Came through about 11PM tonight on a Monday and was greeted with great service, along with AMAZING food. I ordered the stacker and loaded beef nachos, both items were the best I’ve had from any location in the surrounding area! Will definitely be back!
