Came through about 11PM tonight on a Monday and was greeted with great service, along with AMAZING food. I ordered the stacker and loaded beef nachos, both items were the best I’ve had from any location in the surrounding area! Will definitely be back!

Stopped going to this location for over a year because they couldn’t get a simple order right. Gave them another chance tonight and came home with the wrong food. Their management should be embarrassed. It’s absolutely pathetic.

Why is my chicken quesadilla loaded with onions? What if I were allergic? Why is my side of sour cream on my quesadilla? It was for other items we ordered. Why is my husband side of creamy jalapeño sauce on his quesadilla? It was for other items as well! Do employees not listen or do they just not care? I'm picking onions off my food as we speak. Ridiculous.
My Mexican pizza didn't have anything on it barely had sauce on it. And literally 1 ? tomatoe.. it tasted very odd I don't know what was going on tonight but they were off the game which actually happens a lot more than not seems like

Almost $5 for a cheese quesadilla?? Ok, well surely it will be cheesy at that price, right? Nope, not hardly. Not at all. Worker measured what looked like a loosely filled quarter cup measuring spoon. That’s it. Enough for a layer of cheese 1/16 of an inch thick. $0.31 worth of cheese at the supermarket ($2.49 per 2 cups). This place is absolutely fleecing their customers at that price! And I bought 2 of them. I should have gotten a receipt at the kiosk so I could have asked for a refund at the counter.

Had a mobile order and had to wait 40 minutes for it because jade would not allow me to go through the window, very disappointing with service and will never go back again will be contacting a higher authority

The General Manager is super rude there. My wife applied to work there and he was mad at her because she was pregnant. This is horrible and not acceptable. Be a better human.
