Went through drive thru to learn that you can't get a baked potato until 8pm! It's 5pm and you tell me it will be two hours before you can get a baked potato?? Poor Management or lazy employees, or both.

If I could I'd give negative stars. Came through drive through sat 10 mins for them to take my order. Now trying to contact restaurant because my entire meal is wrong and receipt is unreadable. I tried to contact the facility, but they kept ignoring my calls or sending to voicemail. So after driving back across town, I just wanted a refund and apparently that has to come from corporate so hopefully I will receive something in the mail.
I ordered a number one single only ketchup and received it with only mayo.
I also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and received a fully loaded chicken sandwich instead.
ETA: 1 month later 12-10-24 As expected no refund. $23 for an entirely wrong meal.

I love Wendy's and I'm really happy to have one in my city. The food is great and ordering online is really easy. Recently I've had issues getting the correct items in my order. The person in the windows always seems frustrated that you're there. Also, their posted hours aren't correct. It says they're open until 1am Saturday but the past 2 times I've went there after 12am, nobody answers at the drive through. I think this is more down to the people they have working there that won't be there long than the management but it's still something the customer has to put up with.

We got breakfast and It was absolutely disgusting the food was disgusting and the fries were soggy the drinks were flat and warm especially the soda the guy at the front counter was really rude and acted like he didn't want to be there and the tables and floors were sticky after all I do not recommend it

Ordered on the app. When I arrived the doors were locked even tho it was just past 8pm. Sign says open til 1am. Long line for drive thru Someone in that line said they lock the doors every night at 8pm. After close to 20 minutes in line I get my order and go home. There were no BBQ nuggets or the 2 boo books I ordered. Won't be back.

This Wendy’s was so bad that it changed my opinion of Wendy’s in general. Nothing is good: the employees are rude/young/uncaring, the restaurant is always dirty, and the food is cold and poorly assembled. I would rather drive 30+ minutes to Knoxville and go to the Wendy’s there than ever go to this one, ever again.

No catsup or napkins in dispenser. Asking for both got a nasty sigh. The dining room floor does not appear to have been swept all day. The service counters were very unclean and down right nasty. Very disappointed. Wendy’s has always been my go to fast food restaurant. I may need to reconsider this.

I wouldn't give one star went in to eat tonight. Every one just looked at us didn't take our order just looked like there still there. We left and so did 3 others customers. We all left and went to burger King down the road . Great service, friendly staff and fresh hot food at burger King ?

I love their chicken nuggets. They're the best in town as long as their fresh. They usually are fresh. Except yesterday. I usually get them after 5pm.

I purchased two baked potatoes last week , when I got home and tried to start eating them they were completely burnt up . The potato inside the skin was orange which is an indication of being in a warmer too long and the skin was so tough that you couldn't bite through it . I stopped there today and talk to the manager that I talked to on the phone Krista . The night I bought the potatoes I call back to complain and the manager I talked to had a really bad attitude and when I told him I squeezed the potato and the potato inside the peeling was orange , he asked me why I did that with an attitude . I went back to Wendy's at the time Krista had told me to get my two baked potatoes and I was in the Drive-Thru and told him I had talked to her so I also bought a large chili , I drove up to the drive-thru window and they tried to charge me for the potatoes that were burned up that I was promised to get for free . That same manager who I talked to that night with attitude was in the store giving me mouth because of their bad food . I asked them did my chili cost me $11 or you trying to charge me for the potatoes that were bad . I work in fast food industry for years and no bad food when I see it and I see bad management . Krista was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to but the other manager was very unfriendly and not very pleasant I normally stop at Wendy's here in Oak Ridge two or three times a week and drop 40 or $50 and I will not be stopping there ever again .
