I stopped at this Wendy’s with my wife and kids while we were on the road. Overall, it was decent. The food came out fairly quick, and the staff was friendly enough. My kids were happy with their nuggets and Frostys, so that’s a win

A couple small issues though, the dining area could’ve been a little cleaner, and they forgot one of our fries at first. Not the end of the world, but with 4 kids, you notice when someone’s missing food. They fixed it right away when I asked.

All in all, not bad. Nothing amazing, but we left full and the kids were happy.

The older lady is literally the rudest person I’ve ever met. I don’t know how she gets away with her attitude. We definitely won’t be going back.

It was actually really great this time. I went around i think 5 or 6. This has to be the second time I've eaten here and it was good. I usually dont EVER receive my receipt and that really sucks BUT the food was great!

The food is great as usual, but I have gone there several times and every single time they have been so rude to me. There is no point in it at all. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is the 6th time I've went and they have been hateful, snappy and mean.

Placed a to go order a hour before I needed it. Ahead of time. I thought, at least. When I went to pick it up and was told I had to wait in line and then had to wait 10 minutes and was missing fries.

I very rarely go to Wendy's, but when I do, I order a ranch chicken wrap. Well, my husband picked up one for me yesterday because I've been really sick and haven't been able to eat anything and I found two bones or something of that nature that should not have been in it Twice before I had taken three bites so I threw it away. I didn't eat dinner. I also don't see an option to message the restaurant anymore either unless I'm totally missing it. I would've messaged them instead of posting this review. It's getting pretty bad when I have to go to McDonald's instead.

Went through drive thru to learn that you can't get a baked potato until 8pm! It's 5pm and you tell me it will be two hours before you can get a baked potato?? Poor Management or lazy employees, or both.

If I could I'd give negative stars. Came through drive through sat 10 mins for them to take my order. Now trying to contact restaurant because my entire meal is wrong and receipt is unreadable. I tried to contact the facility, but they kept ignoring my calls or sending to voicemail. So after driving back across town, I just wanted a refund and apparently that has to come from corporate so hopefully I will receive something in the mail.

I ordered a number one single only ketchup and received it with only mayo.

I also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and received a fully loaded chicken sandwich instead.

ETA: 1 month later 12-10-24 As expected no refund. $23 for an entirely wrong meal.

I love Wendy's and I'm really happy to have one in my city. The food is great and ordering online is really easy. Recently I've had issues getting the correct items in my order. The person in the windows always seems frustrated that you're there. Also, their posted hours aren't correct. It says they're open until 1am Saturday but the past 2 times I've went there after 12am, nobody answers at the drive through. I think this is more down to the people they have working there that won't be there long than the management but it's still something the customer has to put up with.

We got breakfast and It was absolutely disgusting the food was disgusting and the fries were soggy the drinks were flat and warm especially the soda the guy at the front counter was really rude and acted like he didn't want to be there and the tables and floors were sticky after all I do not recommend it

Ordered on the app. When I arrived the doors were locked even tho it was just past 8pm. Sign says open til 1am. Long line for drive thru
Someone in that line said they lock the doors every night at 8pm. After close to 20 minutes in line I get my order and go home. There were no BBQ nuggets or the 2 boo books I ordered. Won't be back.
