Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.

So I love wings, I get them every week. .I was going to come in today. Get some wings, go back to work. I usually go somewhere else I decided to try this location because I've never been here.. .People were telling me how rude they were. I said, I don't care. I'm just hungry for some wings. .Boy was, I mistaken, I go in. I asked the lady how many wings do you get? How does this work? I want the bone in. Her exact words were, oh my god, it's.However many you want... With the most nastiest attitude I will never be back in here again. It will be my mission to tell everybody how nasty your employees are. How rude your employees are and you have no customer service...
food is on par with wingstop standards and service is always polite but this has to be the slowest wingstop location I’ve ever been to

The staff is fantastic and the order was fast and 10 times better than the Clinton highway location. Send a manager from this location to there to retrain the staff. This location is awesome.

I was at wing stop 8-1-25 at around 7 pm. Roughly. A guy walked in and stated who he was and he wanted hi order. I would like to mention all of his hands seemed to be ok to my knowledge. He was not complaining about pain. He screamed at the poor person behind the counter. Her then walked out very upset. About 3 mins passed and he walked back in moaning about his hand and there were visible signs of a broken hand. Large lumps in the top of the hand. He is morning and groaning and holding his hand. Looks like he may have punched something…possibly. The poor people taking care of the counter were very alarmed. You do not pay these people enough to deal with this type of trauma . We wayched this guy get in a Nissan silver or gray car and hold his hand in extreme pain. Please protect these workers. This was horrible. They were exposed to extreme violence and trauma. You have amazing workers. Please take care of their mental health
